Engineered wood flooringSolid wood floors or engineered wood flooring. The trend these days goes very strong towards engineered wood flooring. The reason is that the engineered flooring version is: 1. Much more stable than solid wood. Less bending and deformation of wood. 2 Due to saving expensive wood, the price is lower. 3. A higher stability makes it possible to produce in a range of width: 20-33cm wide. The engineered wood flooring Arrow Wood produces are in CE class: Cfl-S1 and E1 (E0 can be produced on request), see certificates under inside the tabs. Arrow Wood can make your engineered floors resistant against termites using a Permetrin bath method.

Smoked Oak Wood FlooringWhat is Smoked Engineered Oak Wood Flooring?The production of smoked oak wood flooring takes place with an agent that reacts with the tannic acid naturally occurring in the Oak wood. The chemical reaction in this treatment results in a color change of the treated wood surface. Depending on the intensity of the treatment, the color of the smoked Oak flooring can be changed from light to dark brown. We would like to point out, that the sapwood contains little or no tannic acid. That means, that the coloration might be less noticeable in these areas of the wood. Smoking gives Oak wood a natural looking color change.

Fish Bone Oak Parquet FloorOur Fish Bone Oak Parquet Floor is a truly unique wood flooring. It is usually hard to find parquet style engineered flooring. We at Arrow Wood are able to help you create the look of a solid parquet flooring, at the cost of engineered flooring.When you look at pattern oak wood flooring, there are basically 2 different kinds. The first kind are the classic patterns that use rather small wood pieces, The second kind are the modern patterns that use much longer and wider pieces to make pattern designs.

Fish Bone Oak Parquet Floor is a very classic pattern, that normally uses 8cm wide and 35cm long wood pieces. We offer you to produce that same pattern but in a modern style and much bigger, 18cm wide and 85cm long. With engineered flooring the possibilities are nearly endless patterns, just like with solid wood flooring.

Generally wood is a very decorative and nice to look at material. It looks natural but can look modern. There are so many things you can do with wood when it comes to appearance and finish. There are ways to make a narrow floor plank looks nice, but the real beauty and delicacy starts to show when you are looking at a wide wood flooring plank, this we can let it look amazing. With Wide Plank Oak Flooring,  the quality of the total appearance of your wood flooring will increase with every inch that the planks get wider.

For a producer like us it is a big challenge to produce Wide Plank Oak Flooring or other wide flooring planks for a few reasons. It starts with getting raw material that allows us to cut out a wide plank that has no cracks. Controlling the shape of a wide plank gets more difficult looking at moisture fluctuations and natural warping. These characteristics of the hardwood can cause quite negative side effects that challenge the producer. Cutting out wide planks from raw material always creates more waste wood as well. Due to the size that oak trees get felled at, the amount of wide planks that you can get out of 1 tree is limited as well.

This wood will not be modified to much from it’s original colors. It is a little above average priced wood. Together with oak, maple and pine, beech engineered hardwood flooring was the first flooring we used to manufacture engineered wooden floorsBeech wood is known for its erratic structure and color. In order to bring harmony in the wood color and stabilize the wood, beech wood gets steamed. The color is white to yellow with a soft reddish grain. Beech wood has a very characteristic appearance, making it easily recognizable.

Jatoba Engineered Hardwood FlooringJatoba Engineered Hardwood Flooring wood is hard and is a wood that is to be compared with the more stronger timber. It is very rich as it is compared with the color of deep red wine. Jatoba Engineered Hardwood Flooring has no sap wood and has a strong grain. Available only in grade A.If we speak about a strong wood than Jatoba timber is one of these species that you will classify strong. Jatoba Engineered hardwood flooring is therefor a real hard and though floor that has an absolute added value to to itś strength. Beside this, one will gain a very luxury atmosphere when Jatoba flooring is installed. The deep red whine look, the dark brown to near black grain will give you a composition that people will be silent when look at an interior that has a Jatoba wooden floor.

Engineered White Maple Hardwood FlooringEngineered White Maple Hardwood Flooring wood is medium plus hard and is a wood that is a little harder than oak timber. It is white as it’s original color and has a soft and very elegant grain. White Maple Engineered Hardwood Flooring has no visible sap wood.White maple as wood species is harder than European oak wood. It is a delicate wood that is harvest from the maple tree in the areas of Canada and North America.

The maple tree is cut in strips and the real white ones are separate from the white with brown ones.

You can imagine that one harvest less white than mix color wood and that is why it make white maple wooden floors expensive.

We are located in Hua Hin, a popular resort town on the Gulf of Thailand less than 250km south of Bangkok. Our wood flooring factory is situated at the south side of town, about 20 minutes drive from downtown Hua Hin.
