Arrange your Assessment (not for beginners)

You will start with an assessment to determine your level,

needs and plan for your course.

1. You will receive an email invitation from mYngle with some

questions for planning your assessment

2. Fill out your profile and your availabilities in order for us to plan your

assessment.

3. You will receive a confirmation email with your log-in details, At the

time of your meeting, log-in to your profile and enter the classroom.

One of our assessors will:

a) Assess your language level

b) Assess your needs and expectations regarding your language

training




How to Attend Your Classes

2. You will follow your lessons via the Virtual Classroom

3. Or other Virtual Classroom already in use in your Company

At the time of your class, go to mYngle, log in and a pop-up will appear to guide you to enter your

class.

You will also receive an email containing a link to your class

How to Attend Your Classes in WebEx

1. Add WebEx to your browser

This step may vary depending on your browser and system.

We always advise to use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. We have a limited support for Internet

Explorer and some audio functions may not work.

3. Unmute

By default, your microphone is muted. Please remember to unmute your device by clicking on unmute

How to Attend Your Classes in BBB

After clicking “ENTER CLASSROOM” you can see this on your screen.

“CONNECTING TO THE SERVER”. After a moment, you should be able to get in the classroom.

2. Activate audio

You will know you have joined the audio when the “Join Audio” box turns black. Just make sure

you select allow when you are asked to allow access to your camera and microphone. If you want

to turn on your camera, click on the little camera icon at the lower left corner of the Join Audio box.

If the teacher cannot hear you, check on your microphone settings by clicking the “camera icon” at

the top right corner of your browser and selecting the correct microphone. Make sure “Continue

allowing https://webrtc.myngle.com to access your camera and microphone” is selected. ( See

lower right picture)

Book lessons through your mYngle account

1. Log in to your mYngle account

Go to myngle.com and sign in with your username and the password.

2. Access your My mYngle profile

3. Go to “My Myngle”, then click on “Book lessons”

Where can I find my

Username and Password?

In the emails sent you by

mYngle, you will find your

login information

We will book the first regular lesson for you. After that, you may book your

lessons through your mYngle account.




How to Book Lessons by Time

Add another

rule/class for booking

a lesson

Set the

frequency of the

classes

desired hour

of the classes

After setting

all the desired

rules, click on

check availability

Select the tab “TIME” if you want to book lessons based on your availability.

Step 1 – Select the your desired frequency and time

Our system will suggest the

top teachers that are

available in the maximum

number of dates selected.

On the right hand side, their

availability is shown.

If there is no combination of

3 teachers that can cover

the dates selected, our

system will suggest a

different hour (close to the

one initially selected) in

order to maximize

availability

In case of dates with no availability

of any of the top 3 teachers, you can

choose to change the time or delete

the lesson

How to Reschedule

1. Reschedule your lesson

Reschedule Button will be available up to 2 hours before lesson starts. If you are not able to reschedule your class within this time and was not able to attend the lesson, you will lose the credit of your class.

2. Select new time and confirm

Select new time & date

You can only select a time and date that is available in the teacher’s schedule




Leave a Feedback

1. Terminate your class

To finish your class properly click “Yes’’.

2. Leave feedback after your lesson




Contact your teacher

1. Click “My Myngle”. Then click “Teachers”

2. Click ‘’Write me an email’’

3. Write your message then click ‘Send message’
