How we Differ from an AC DPW:

• Our workforce excludes: Plumbing Shop

Electrical Shop

Carpentry Shop

Roads and Grounds

All other organic structure to actually perform

environmental, maintenance and operation

services and support

• 1,200+ Utility Service Providers – Private and

Publicly owned (H2O, Sewer, Gas, Elec)

• We support multiple units with differing missions in the same real property facility

• We do not use Service Orders. All of our work is done as a Work Order and executed

using Government Purchase Card or through some form of contract action

doors; replace OMS gate; replace all carpeting and flooring; paint entire

interior

Winterville – replace HVAC; repair parking lot

Charlotte – Repair chiller; replace 3 ton DX system; install ceiling fans and

exhaust systems; replace 3 entry doors; replace all carpet and insulated
