ARL Laboratories was established in 2004 and consists of eight dedicated labs offering the following services
ARL is renowned for providing excellent diagnostic and contract research services to research institutions, hospitals, Physicians, biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies in Kenya and around the world.
The labs are ISO 15189:2012 certified and testing protocols are subjected to routine competency assessment.
ARL undergoes regular scheduled Good Clinical Laboratory Practice (GCLP) audits conducted by DAIDS auditors and meets U.S. laboratory accreditation standards.
The tests are enrolled in External Quality Programs (EQA) programs with American College of Pathologists (CAP), UKNEQAS and OWA.
Testing is performed by highly trained and knowledgeable technologists and Senior Scientists with high level of training and expertise.
It serves as a reference lab for Western Kenya and the region.
