Field Service
The purpose of this role is to supervise the day to day operations of our Field Service Engineers, whilst ensuring that business and departmental goals are met. To lead and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer service, whilst maximising efficiency and effectiveness.
Your Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain a motivated team through coaching, feedback and support.• Generate and develop innovative ways to improve process and maximise efficiencies.• Ensure area complies with relevant Industry processes & legislation.• Process, authorise and report payment claims in an accurate and timely manner.
Deal with customer queries and complaints.
Your Profile:
• Good organisational and time management skills.• To manage a group of remote field based engineers• Good IT skills• Good communication skills• To be able to multi task
