Area Sales Managers, East Coast USA Arcam Cad to Metal Inc. is seeking a high profile entrepreneurial individual to grow sales in
North America. The individual will be responsible for growing the company’s sales in the
East Coast region and should be located somewhere in the East Coast.
Job Description: Area Sales Managers will be responsible for developing and managing
Arcam’s EBM business, maximizing sales profitability, growth and account penetration
within their assigned territory by effectively selling the company’s products and related
services.
Core Responsibilities:
- Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a
relationship-based approach.
- Demonstrates products and services to existing and potential customers and assists
them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
- Performs sales activities on all prospect accounts and negotiates sales price and
discounts in accordance with company’s policies.
- Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
- Establishes personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers.
- Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations and contracts.
- Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time
Investment for the territory/segment.
- Manages proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and
business/financial issues on contracts.
- Participates in trade shows and conventions.

Qualifications:
- A university degree in marketing/business studies and/or an engineering degree
are required.
- A proven track record of successful technical sales experience, preferably in 3D
printing or similar technical sector.
- Responsive and results oriented individual with a strong desire to succeed.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market
trend information.
- Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies. Excellent oral and
written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Suite is required.
- A valid driver’s license.
Compensation
The compensation package will be highly competitive, and will consist of a base salary and
performance-driven bonus.

warehouse and potentially an application and demo center.
