A rea Deaths and Funeral Gary Kidwell Gary Wayne Kidwell, two month old sop of Robert and Salley Kidwell of Route 2, Ver- sailles, died suddently Thurs- day, July 10 at his home. He was bom on May 12, 1981 in Rockcastle £ounty. Survivors besides his par- ents are, two brothers, Robert and James Kidwell, both at home; one half brother, Christo- pher Hoffman of Berea; his paternal grandfather, Powell Junior Kidwell of Livingston and his maternal grandparents, Rob and Helen Madden of Mt. Vernon. He was preceded in death by one brother. Funeral services were held Friday, July 17, at the Scaffold Cane Independent Church of God by Bro. Ronald Carpenter. Burial was in the Wynn Ceme- tery. Arrangements were by the Cox Funeral Home. Andy Cox Mr. Andy Cox, 78, of Route 2, Mt. Vernon, died Friday, July 17 at the Rockcastle County Hospital after an illness of several months. He was born on June 9,1903" in Rockcastle County, the son of the late Jim Matt and Martha Cox. . He was a fanner and carpenter, a member of - the Rockcastle Saddle-Club where he served as a former director, and was a member of the Pleas- ant Hill Baptist Church. Survivors are: three sons, John Cox of Route 3, Mt. Ver- non, Andrew Cox of Route 4, Mt. Vemon and Luther Cox of Route 3, Mt. Vernon; two daugh- ters, Mrs. Rachel Robinson of Jeffersonvllle, Indiana and Mrs. Lucy Anderson of Louisville; 15 grandchildren and fourteeen great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his. wife, Mrs. Ethel Anglin Cox. Funeral services were held Sunday, July 19 at the Cox Funeral Home Chapel by Dr. J. Moser, 77 of Beavercreek, Ohio and former- ly of Rockcastle County, died Monday, July 20 at the Miami Valley Hospital - -yion, Ohio. She was born in Rockcastle County on December 16, 1903, the daughter of the late Lee and Lucy Mullins McClure and was a member of the Fairhaven Christian Missionary Alliance Church. - Survivors are: her husband, Theodore Moser of Beavercreek, Ohio; one daughter, Mrs. Doris Butcke of Beavercreek, Ohio; one sister, Mrs. Mazy Bussell of Mt. Vernon; two grandchildren. Rick and Lynn Butcke, both of Beavercreek, Ohio. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 25 at the graveside at the Elmwood Cemetery. Of these 156 were property damage only accidents; 45 were personal injury accidents; 80 persons were injured. Forty motorists were ar- rested for driving while under the Influence of intoxicants; persons were arrested for.public intoxication; 271 criminal in- vestigations were made result- ing in 147 criminal arrests; 26 stolen vehicles were recovered; 532 persons attended 12 safety programs conducted by the Ken- tucky State Police. Gary Wayne Kidwell, two month old sop of Robert and Salley Kidwell of Route 2, Ver-sailles, died suddently Thurs-day, July 10 at his home.

He was bom on May 12, 1981 in Rockcastle £ounty.

Survivors besides his par-ents are, two brothers, Robert and James Kidwell, both at home; one half brother, Christo-pher Hoffman of Berea; his paternal grandfather, Powell Junior Kidwell of Livingston and his maternal grandparents, Rob and Helen Madden of Mt. Vernon.

He was preceded in death by one brother.

Funeral services were held Friday, July 17, at the Scaffold Cane Independent Church of God by Bro. Ronald Carpenter. Burial was in the Wynn Ceme-tery.

Arrangements were by the Cox Funeral Home.

field, Indiana, and formerly of Rockcastle Co., died Tuesday, July 14, 1981, at the Veterans Hospital in Indianapolis, Indi-ana.
