The nature of teachingWe perceive our role as implementing curriculum, planning and delivering lessons, meeting the needs of students, etc.

We tend to say that students are successful because they try hard and put in effort.

What we don't tend to say is we have an impact on them and their learning!

When we are in classrooms, our fundamental role is to evaluate our impact.
