ABOUT THE FACILITATOR With more than 20 years of experience working with hundreds of organisations and leaders in Asia, Dr Steve Morris has coached and facilitated leadership and transformation of leaders at the highest levels including Fortune 500, Singapore’s largest private companies, Ministries and Statutory Boards. He is the author of acclaimed personal leadership development books including Glorious Leadership!, Glorious Living!, Sowing the Seeds of Glorious Living! and The Boy who Climbed the Mountain. Dr Morris holds a MA Economics degrees (1982) and BA International Relations degree (1980) both from George Mason University in Virginia, USA. He holds a PhD, Integral Health, from the California Institute for Human Sciences.

Workshop Cancellation / PostponementAlign SMA reserves the right to cancel, change workshop dates, etc. in the event of any unforeseen circumstance. Any change/cancellation will be notified in advance to all registered participants. Align SMA will consider a full refund of the workshop fees or offer participants to register for the next public workshop if for any reason the workshop is cancelled.
Refund Policy on Withdrawal of RegistrationIf participants are unable to attend after registering, Align SMA will consider a replacement. Notice of replacement(s) must be emailed to [email protected] at least 2 days of workshop date.
Align SMA will consider refunding the workshop fees on the following terms:
• If notice of withdrawal is given by email at least 1 week or more before workshop date – 50% Refund ofworkshop fees
• No refund of workshop fees if notice of withdrawal(s) is received less than 1 week prior to workshop date
