Centrex is pleased to provide this second newsletter for the Ardmore Phosphate Rock Project. There have been several major developments for the project in the last 6 months including the determination of the maiden ore reserve, completion of the Definitive Feasibility Study and the receipt of the principal environmental approval for the start‐up (‘trial’) mining and processing operation which is planned to commence in January 2019.
Ardmore Phosphate Rock Project The project is located 23km west of Dajarra in NW Qld
The Ardmore deposit is one of the few remaining high‐grade phosphate rock deposits in the world
Shallow mining and very simple processing Minimum 10 year mine life Phosphate rock is primarily used to produce high phosphate content fertilisers used in agriculture
Definitive Feasibility Study Results Study based on 800,000t/yr premium grade concentrate
Confirmation of a robust low capital project with a short 4 year payback period
Maiden ore reserve of 10.1 million tonnes at 30.2% P₂O₅ of high‐grade phosphate rock ore
Potential upside to project life through surrounding exploration tenure holding
Product to be trucked in containers using triple road trains to a new rail siding at Duchess
(https://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20181008/pdf/43z1q8nvm95k58.pdf )
Recent Developments Centrex has extracted a number of bulk samples from the deposit and undertaken testwork on these in Australian and US laboratories. The results have been favorable in demonstrating the ability to produce a ‘clean’ premium grade concentrate with ultra‐low cadmium levels.
Additional testwork has been completed on materials handling, filtration and thickening and tailings characterisation.
Positive responses have been received from several regional producers who have assessed the product and a non‐binding MOU has been signed with a major Indian fertilizer producer.

Start‐up Operation Planning
The start‐up operation is planned to provide larger samples of 5,000 – 10,000t concentrate in shipments to customers in mid‐2019 to underpin long‐term offtake agreements.
A contract has been signed for the first shipment of 5,000t to a major fertilizer manufacturer in the local region and further trial shipment contracts are being progressed with other priority customers.
Fabrication of the start‐up plant is underway; the 70tph plant is designed to be readily upgraded for later full‐scale operations.
This phase is planned to produce approximately 30,000t of concentrate from a small‐scale open pit in the south deposit.
The decision to approve the key environmental permit for the start-up ("trial") mining andprocessing operation, the major amendment to the Environment Authority has been provided by theregulator, the Department of Environment andScience.

In the Community A community information session was held on 15th May 2018 at the Jimberella Hall in Dajarra to provide information on the proposed start‐up mining and processing operation and the later full‐scale operations. The walk‐in session was well attended with 40 local community residents, business owners, heath, education and government workers keen to understand more about the project. The event also provided the opportunity for community feedback regarding concerns or interests. Additional sessions will be held to provide ongoing opportunity for the community to be kept informed and engage with Centrex in relation to the project.
Centrex continues to provide support for local community activities including sponsorship for the establishment of the Dajarra Rhinos, the fifth team in the local AFL football league.
