Founder & an Architect and Alumnus of NICMAR, Pune,
Mr.Mahesh Nilakh is a key strategist with a vision and strong business
acumen to formulate short term and long term goals for the

company's foray into manufacturing sector in a short span of 2 ½ years
after it started. His zest for innovation and bringing together technology

Company was founded by three architects and one
engineer in small residential apartment. The company
was doing small budget architecture & interior works
during that time.

? Provide the Client with measured drawings of the existing structure to form the basis of their interior design proposal.
? Interact with electro-mechanical consultants in respect of space planning for services and communicate the area
requirement to client for suitable provision.
? Interact with client and provide them the specifications, samples, photographs of the materials used for flooring, ceiling,
paints, counters, furniture, sanitary fixtures, etc.
? On preparing the final schematic /design development & detailed construction and execution drawings to client, study &
provide these construction drawings to other consultants and co-ordinate with them.
? Verify and check all drawings from service consultants (electro-mechanical, plumbing, landscaping, water features,
signage, acoustical, etc.) and co-ordinate their designs with interior drawings and incorporate the same in construction
drawings.
? Co-ordinate with design team and incorporate their designs into construction drawings.
? Provide material charts & samples to client and suggest local cost effective solutions.
? Prepare cost estimates during concept, schematic & design development stage.
? Provide detailed 'Good for Construction' interior drawings, after approvals from the client.
? Prepare detailed 'Good for Construction' co-ordinated drawings for comprehensive services integration, after approvals
on final drawings from consultants and client.
? Prepare tenders (as per approved procurement plan) consisting of specifications, bill of quantities, material charts,
samples, finishes schedules, drawings, list of approved makes, etc. and submit to client along with priced bill of
quantities. Tenders shall be prepared for finishes, interior works, etc. We shall also prepare miscellaneous inquiries for
direct purchase of materials.
? Provide detailed construction drawings for execution of work at site.
? Construction drawings shall have all coordinated layouts, routings, limits for all Vendors to have clear demarcated
responsibility.
? Review and approve contractors / suppliers /fabricators shop drawings.
? Co-ordinate with all agencies for timely completion of the project.
? Ensure completion of job as per designed quality within cost outlay of the project.
? Provide justification for necessity of changes (if any) in terms of design & qualities.
? Position all necessary clarification required on design, coordination, approval of samples, changes etc., throughout the
construction stage.
? Witness testing & commissioning of all utilities. A certificate will be issued by us & the consultants to this effect.
? Create Snag lists and follow up action plan.
? Prepare & submit a Final project Report containing As-built drawings, Design basis, calculation & provisions, operations.
& maintenance manuals, etc. which serve as guiding document for future reference. Two hard copies and one soft copy
of the final project report shall be submitted to the client.
