Convergence – parallel lines appear to recede towards a single

point called the vanishing point.

appear smaller as they move away from the viewer.

9. Anal:tical Method 4 this method uses trigonometric functions in finding the

location of the # along the ;orion ,ine. 6his was presented as an alternate

method. Aou may still use the projected or graphical method. 6he advantage of

this method is the scale of the drawings needed can be determined after

computing the distances of the # in relation to the paper sie.

6o draw Circles and Curves in erspective! it entails having the curves or circles

inscribed in a s8uare or a rectangle in plan. @se the diagonals to plot points to

represent other points along the circle. Connect the points using your ellipse

template 'though this depends on the major and minor a5is that you have(!
