NEWSLETTER FOR ARCGATIANS

Hello Arcgatians!The season of spring and month of April is always a new beginning. With a spring in our step, we are also delighted to present the latest issue of our Newsletter. With each passing month we have observed a remarkable rise in the number of entries. It really makes all of us proud to know that our team has such talented poets, photographers, artists and writers. We hope to keep receiving more great stuff from you all!

For ages our women have been the epicentre of our strength and achievements. One of the most significant highlight for the month of April was #SheIsUdaipur. We in collaboration with MYFM encouraged ladies of udaipur and nearby areas to come up and share their life stories to inspire others. The response was beyond our expectations and we received many stories. The event was completed in two phases where initially the jury shortlisted 100 participants based on their life experiences and achievements; out of which then - Top 15 and 1 Youngest - were selected based on their contributions and accomplishments. But, do we stop after this? No, we have planned it to be big, so that we can continuously empower our women in order to shape a society where women no longer feel left out.

This year the month of April was also special because so many of us made our first contribution towards the progress of our nation by casting our first ever vote. The voting was conducted on April 29th and despite soaring temperatures and scorching heat - men, women, senior citizens and differently- abled people - all stood in line for hours to help select the right governance.

Once again, we thank each one of you for making this attempt of bringing our Arcgate family close to each other and we welcome any feedback and seek contributions from all of you to continually improve with each issue. It is through this ongoing experiment that we look to gain more knowledge, insight and ideas that we will pass along to our current and future Arcgatians!
