• Arc-Can shade structures are professionally engineered for long life and come with

a ten year warranty.

• Steelwork is offered in mild steel which has been hot zinc sprayed and then powder

coated in one of a wide range of colours

• Stainless steel steelwork is also available with a satin finish

• All cables, tensioners and fittings are in marine grade polished stainless steel

• Membranes are made from only the highest quality pre-tensioned and lacquered PVC

coated fabrics—UV protection 100%

• Porous grades are made from HDPE knitted monofilaments with lock stitch for

• stability - UV protection from 90 to 98% depending on colour

Tensile fabric structures do not rely on frames or supports to maintain their shape but are patterned to create specific contours

or combination of contours simply by applying tension.

These structures are known as anticlastic forms where lines of force act in opposing directions

A tensile fabric cone, barrelvault or hypar shaped membrane

is particularly stable withstanding high winds, heavy rain & snow, and in some respects acts more like a solid than a fabric whilst

91-98% (depending on colour) UV Block creating a safer outdoor environment which

can be utilised for longer periods.

We can give advice on positioning shades to provide maximum protection.

Shadecloth guaranteed for 10 years

Our Shadecloth boasts the inherent strength of knitted lock-stitch construction using a

combination of tape and monofilament yarn to create a dimensionally stable material that is

fray and tear resistant. It undergoes a heat stentering process that virtually eliminates any chance of shrinkage once installed.

Coolspan shades are wind rated

All Coolspan shades are designed in accordance with AS1170.2 Australian

standards with a minimum wind rating of W33 or 74mph (119kph).

Coolspan structures are engineered to last

Safety pads are available for all our structures.

All posts & wall fixings, are hot zinc & powder coated, cables and tensioners

marine grade stainless steel.
