The Rajkot Branch established Rajkot WICASA in the year 2003. Fees for the Trip of Rs. 4300/4700 is inclusive of Travelling, Breakfast, Lunch, 1st Day evening Snacks, Dinner and any entrance tickets except paragliding The above mentioned fee does not include paragliding charges, Horse riding and Camel riding charges. Paragliding charges are to be borne by the students which are Rs.2000 which can be paid at the paragliding place itself.

All risks & responsibilities during trip will be of students themselves. Students are required to keep original Aadhaar card with them during the trip. Students are required to attach the copy of Aadhar Card with this Form. Fees once paid will not be refunded or transferable in any case. All the particulars given in this form are to be filled compulsorily. Pan, Tobacco, Cigarette etc. are strictly prohibited during the whole trip. Students are required to bring any gadgets at their own risk. Any extra fees to carry any such gadget at any site

seeing place are to be borne by the students. Students can register in Group for sitting arrangement in bus. (Submit the forms together and mention the word

“Group ____” on the registration form.). WICASA Team shall try best to arrange sitting accordingly. However ultimate arrangement shall be decided by WICASA team and students are required to follow the same.

Any changes in schedule and places may take place according to the circumstances and the final decision will be of Management Team of WICASA and students are required to follow the same.

Accommodation, site seeing places and other amenities (as mentioned in the brochure) are subject to the availability and circumstances.

The swimming costume and locker will be provided to the students at Bliss Aqua World. However, male students

need to carry suitable T-shirts with them. During Night journey (i.e. 12 am to 6 am), male and female students will be accommodated separately.
