Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) and in accordance with current health guidance, we at the JBSA-Military & Family Readiness Centers have had to adjust our daily operations in order to continue our mission and provide to support to service members, their families, and personnel. As new guidance is received, we may need to make additional adjustments.

Is the M&FRC Open?As of March 23, 2020, we are unable to provide in-person services and our doors are closed, however, we are still here to assist virtually. Social distancing doesn’t mean your on your own, we’re still here to help! Virtual services will be provided during our normal operating hours. Call your local M&FRC to see what’s still available.

Are Classes & Workshops Canceled?We’re exploring our virtual options! Most of our services will be offered as one-on-one consultations over the phone or by email, online trainings, and other virtual avenues. Unfortunately, we have had to cancel and postpone some of the services published in this document.

It gives patrons an opportunity to identify critical issues and present them to senior leadership for action and resolution.
