Today is Solidarity Sunday. There will be a special collection in support of the work of Development and Peace, whose efforts alongside the most poor and marginalized in the Global South are an expression of love to mankind, which fulfills Jesus’ message of hope, justice and kindness. Thank you for your generosity and solidarity. We are all one human family, and your gift will help to make a place at the table for the poor and ensure that everyone receives their daily bread.

Development and Peace's Share Lent Campaign During this Lenten season, Development and Peace invites you to think about the poor and marginalized in the Global South, who face the injustices of war, poverty, hunger and denial of human rights every day. front of your regular envelope and write the name(s) of

St. Dunstan's General Parish Meeting: All parishioners are invited to a Parish Meeting on Sunday, April 27th @ 2:00 pm in the Monsignor Boyd Family Center. At this meeting the Financial Report for 2013 and Budget for 2014 will be presented. Also, this will be an opportunity to receive reports on the Pastoral life of the parish in 2013 and to celebrate all that God is doing among us. Hope you can attend.

The CWL monthly meeting well be held on Tuesday, April

8th at 6:30pm in the Mary Sullivan Room of the MBFC.

The meeting will include a Birthright Baby Shower. Items

needed: cash donations, hooded towels, fitted crib sheets,

baby soap, face cloths, 6-12 month size sleepers for girls,

diapers for newborn in small packages. If you are unable

to attend the meeting, please drop off your donation at

the office in the MBFC prior to April 8th.

A reception of ‘New Members’ will be held. Everyone

welcome to attend.

Are you an RN, LPN or an EMT? The Kidz Catholic

Camp is urgently in need of an adult volunteer(s) with

certification in first aid, CPR and knowledge of the use of

epi-pens to be on the camp staff during the week of June

23-27, 2014. The camp runs only half-days - from

8:15am to noon. Based on last year’s attendance record,

there were about 75-80 persons on site each day. If

more than one person volunteers, then time could be

scheduled to accommodate the volunteer hours you have

available. In addition to the camp days, you would be

asked to attend at least one planning meeting and to be

responsible for setting up a quiet room/first aid area.

The camp is held at the Monsignor Boyd Family Centre.

If you or someone you know would have time to devote to

this important ministry in our parish, then please contact

either Carole Dilworth (458-5571), Mary McMahon (457-

0093), or speak to Fr. Bill. Holy Family Parish Lenten Series will finish on Wednesday, April 9th at 7pm: Our guest speaker, Graydon Nicholas, will present the path to sainthood of St. Kateri Tekakwitha, the first native North American to be canonized.

The Legion of Mary 33 Day retreat in preparation for making or renewing your Consecration to Jesus through Mary. We are using 33 Days to Morning Glory retreat materials by Father Michael Gaitley (MIC). Saturday’s 2-2:30 until May 3 in the MBFC.
