Registration InformationHow to Register Registering is easy. You may register online at alumni.jhu.edu/AW2020, fax your completed registration form to 410-516-6858, or mail it to Reunion & Homecoming Office, The Johns Hopkins University, San Martin Center, 2nd Floor, 3400 N. Charles St., Baltimore, MD 21218-2696. For complete registration instructions, please visit alumni.jhu.edu/AW2020.

Registration Confirmation If you register online, you will receive confirmation via email. Mailed and faxed registrations will receive confirmation via mail. Confirmations for registrations received after April 17 will be included with your registration materials at the Welcome Tent.

Upon Arrival Upon arrival to campus, be sure to stop at the Alumni Weekend Welcome Tent to collect your registration materials. The tent is located on the Decker Quad adjacent to Mason Hall. Friday, 10am–10pm; Saturday, 8am–midnight. When parking to collect your registration materials, please use the South Garage under Mason Hall. Don’t miss collecting your hat and mug at the tent, quantities are limited.

Please note, we are ticket free this year (except for the lacrosse game and Orioles game). All events require a specially coded nametag or electronic barcode for entry.

Registering On-Site On-site registration will be available at the Welcome Tent adjacent to Mason Hall throughout the weekend. All on-site registrations will be charged an additional $10 per person, per event.

Registration Deadline Online registration closes on April 17. All registrations made or received after April 17 will be charged an additional $10 per person, per event.

Cancellation Deadline We regret that because of obligations to our caterers and vendors, we cannot refund payment for cancellations made on or after April 17.
