RICHA SINGHAL. Richa lived at CV from2009-2011. She left and then returned in2013!!! She just graduated in December,2016, with a Ph.D. in Molecular andCellular Biology. Richa is employed in theClinical and Translational Research Centerin downtown Louisville. She has numeroushobbies, some of which are music, dance,and cooking. Richa hopes to be asuccessful scientist and have her ownresearch center that works for the welfareof human health and diseases. She is amember of a world peace organizationcalled Soka Gakkai International. We areso glad you have been a resident at CV fornumerous years, Richa!

CINNAMON ROLL APPLE PIE BYJOY JENKINS
5 granny smith apples2 cans cinnamon rolls1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon1 tablespoon cornstarchPreheat oven to 350º; spray a pie dish
with nonstick oil. Peel and cut apples intothin slices and place in a bowl. Add sugar,cinnamon and cornstarch to apples andstir. Cut each cinnamon roll in half; roll outwith flour until thin. Layer bottom of the piedish with the flattened cinnamon rolls tocreate a bottom crust. Add apples; layerthe rest of the rolls on top to create aclosed crust. Pinch any holes together withyour fingers. Cover with foil; bake for 35minutes. Remove foil; bake for another 10minutes. Allow to cool; drizzle with icing.
