Primary roles and responsibilities:Datastage/Db2

Developing Datastage Jobs in Parallel for Extracting Data from Various sources like Db2, csv and

Unstructured files, Oracle and XML .

Transforming the data by applying the business rules specified in the mapping document using

stages like Join, Lookup, Merge, Aggregator, Pivot, Remove Duplicate, Transformer, Change

Capture Stages etc.

Writing complex sql queries for extracting certain data from the databases and also test the

Automated execution of datastage jobs via shell scripts or Director, Scripts for 24x7 Loading etc.

Loading, deleting and updating the transformed data to the staging and the base tables in the
