Mitel, tradicional fornecedora de soluções para colaboração e comunicaçõesunificadas, anunciou hoje, que teve o melhor desempenho na venda eentrega de portas de telefonia IP, bem como na venda de sistemas decolaboração e comunicações unificadas (UCC) no primeiro trimestre de2010, de acordo com relatórios recentemente publicados pela SynergyResearch Group, uma empresa de pesquisa líder de mercado.
Segundo o relatório da Synergy, "Enterprise Voice Market Share Report Q12010", a Mitel teve o melhor desempenho dentre os principais fornecedoresdo mercado, com desempenho crescente, trimestre a trimestre, no múmerode portas entregues, de 6,2 % em relação ao quarto trimestre de 2009. Istoresultou em um ganho de market share de quase 1,0% , totalizando 6,7% demarket share, saltando do sétimo para o quinto lugar no mercado global detelefonia IP.
