formal application to the Crowell School of Business. File an application with the Crowell School of Business for acceptance. Applications are accepted once

during the fall and spring semesters. Meet approval of the academic advisor of the Crowell School of Business. The process may require an

interview.

WHEN TO APPLYApplication for Admission to the Crowell School of Business is due in March for fall acceptance, and in October for spring acceptance. Be sure to check your Biola email regularly for announcements regarding specific dates and other important CSB information.

To be considered for acceptance you must have completed or be in-progress of completing the prerequisite courses listed on this application. If you are applying for fall acceptance, you may complete no more than two of the prerequisites during the summer. The course must be completed before the start of the fall semester with a “C” grade or better. If you are applying for spring acceptance, you must have all prerequisites completed by the end of the fall semester. Provisional status will not be granted to those taking prerequisite courses over interterm.

☐ Download and complete the CSB Application form, including essay☐ Copy and paste a professional photograph of yourself into the application☐ “Save as” a Word document titled: Your Last Name, Your First Name CSBAPP.doc☐ Email the application as an attachment to [email protected]☐ Pay the $20.00 non-refundable application fee at the front desk in the Business building.☐ Set up a meeting with Eileen at the front desk in the Business building. NOTE: You will only be able to sign up for an appointment at the time of payment.

ALL PARTS OF THE APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED BY FRIDAY, MARCH 7TH

AFTER YOU HAVE APPLIEDYou will meet with the Academic Advisor for your interview and advising for your upper-division classes.

Your acceptance will be determined at the end of the semester (or summer), when final grades are submitted. If you are applying in spring and taking summer classes, you will need to email Eileen an unofficial transcript or proof of your final grade of a “C” or better.

If you do not complete the requirements before the start of the semester, you will be granted “provisional” acceptance and be allowed one additional semester to meet the requirements. If requirements are still not met at the end of the additional semester, you will need to meet with the Academic Advisor and determine the next best course of action.
