10.10 Student feedback mechanism on Institutional Governance / faculty performance

The faculty and students are constructively involved in academics as well as

co-curricular and extracurricular activities. The students are highly disciplined and

motivated. Each and every staff members are highly dedicated and devoted to

their tasks. All the events such as seminars, symposium, national and international

conferences and various functions are organized by volunteer teams of staffs and

students with great interest. Norms & Procedures for good governance are

achieved by feedback from students and faculty.

Parents -Teachers association on each class /branch, class committee of staff

and students and disciplinary committee help in smooth functioning of college.

They meet periodically and discuss about good governance. Feedback on faculty

performance is collected from students

Grievance redressal committee consists of four heads of Departments

(males) and two senior lady faculty members under the Chairmanship of Principal

is in place to enquire into and recommend suitable measures to redress grievance

of faculty, staffs and students.
