Integrated Deep Tissue Massage 50 or 80 minutesThis massage is intended to address specific muscle groups that require focusedtherapy to release chronic pain, spasm, tension and stress. A variety of massagetechniques are used to work deeper into the muscle fibers to achieve lasting results.

Sports Massage 50 or 80 minutesA treatment for those who are physically active and need a moderate to firm,invigorating massage. Sports massage combines various stretching and massagetechniques that improve physical performance and help to prevent injuries.

Clinical Massage 80 minutesThis treatment-focused massage includes an in-depth consultation with one ofour senior therapists to determine the appropriate massage techniques to treat yourspecific concerns, such as injury recovery, chronic pain, arthritis, sciatica, carpal tunnelsyndrome, and other conditions responsive to massage therapy treatment.

Post-Surgical Scar Massage 50 minutesOur skilled therapist will develop a customized treatment plan to normalize, soften andrelease scar tissue, incorporating advanced massage techniques to effectively reduceinflammation, adhesions, pain, and scar tissue. Recent surgical patients require aphysician release prior to conducting a massage session.

Pre-Natal Massage 50 or 80 minutesThis is a therapeutic and relaxing massage designed to reduce the discomfortsassociated with pregnancy and to support the mom-to-be towards a healthy andcomfortable pregnancy. A special body cushion is used to ensure total comfort during the entire treatment. (Please confer with your physician prior to booking an appointment. Not recommended in first trimester.)

Asian Fusion Massage 50 or 80 minutesRooted in Asian principles, this unique massage combines massage, acupressure,and stretches to stimulate the flow of energy, increase flexibility, loosen stiff joints,relax muscles and increase circulation. Massage is performed through loose clothing on our comfortable floor cushion.

Natural Warm Stone Massage 50 or 80 minutesThe simplest tools, transformed in the hands of a skilled therapist, can enhance the effects of massage therapy. Smooth, rounded basalt stones chosen for their temperature-retentive qualities deeply penetrate into the muscles, meltingaway tension and stress while inducing a profoundly deep relaxed state.

Reiki 50 minutesA powerful healing energy using the gentle 'laying of hands' to help reduce pain,restore harmony, calm the nervous system, aid in the healing process, and promote a deep sense of relaxation. Reiki is performed through loose clothing.

Reflexology 25 or 50 minutesThis ancient healing technique is based on the principal that the feet are miniaturemaps of the body. Acupressure points that correspond to other body systems aremanipulated to stimulate the release of toxins, relax the body, and promote healthierfunctioning of internal organs. Fifty minute massage includes sage footbath andparaffin treatment.

De-Stress Express 25 minutesThis concentrated massage addresses those high stress zones – neck, back andshoulders. A variety of techniques including moist heat and healing balms are usedto increase neck mobility, release tension, and reduce back pain.

Changes and Cancellations: A 24-hour notice is required for changes andcancellations. A 48-hour notice is required for multiple services or packages. Group reservations require a minimum 48-hour notice or more depending on thegroup size. Late cancellations or no shows will be subject to a fee of 50% of yourscheduled treatment.

Payment: We accept all major credit cards, cash, personal checks, and spa gift certificates.

Service Charge: Our team is dedicated to providing you with exceptional service.A 20% service charge will be applied to all services at the time of checkout.
