Possible Solutions:

Page 45 Reduce-Reuse-Recycle-Recover

Initiatives:

5 point program in Cyberabad IT Parks:

Retrofitting of existing buildings as green buildings to reducee emissions,

carbon foot print, save energy including Acessibility Audit for the benefit

of disabled persons.

Converting each building as zero waste buildings by minimizing waste

and taking up e-Waste Management.

To promote and support “Cycle to Work” campaign to bring down the

traffic intensities, reduce pollution, for monetary benefits on fuel savings

and for health advantages.

To improve Green Cover in these IT parks to at least 33% of ground

coverage.

To take up water harvesting structures in each facility so as to improve

the ground water table.

Proposed to develop Lady entrepreneur Industrial Parks at Visakhapatnam,

Kadapa, Jedcherla and Nellore as Green Industrial Parks

Implementation of Green Industry Program for existing Industrial Parks with

GIZ support to take up studies on existing IPs for adaptation to the Climate

changes.
