Our horizontal, centerline mounted, high-temperature, high-pressure process pumps are designed to meet or exceed API 610 / ISO 13709 (OH2). They are available in a wide range of materials to suit your specific application and environment. The pressure boundary of this pump is designed in accordance with ASME requirements to provide a high degree of dependability.
Efficient and ReliableOur heavy-duty process pumps are designed with a closed impeller and dual volute casing, and use a tangential discharge to maximize reliability and hydraulic efficiency. The shell supports are specifically designed to ensure proper alignment of the shaft across all operating conditions. This feature, coupled with our high-strength shaft design, means minimal shaft deflection, which results in increased life for the rotor, bearing, seal, and wear ring.

Thrust and radial bearingsAngular contact thrust bearing with back-to-back radial ball bearing designed to accommodate all loads. Tapered roller bearing and radial roller bearings are available as optional.

Bearing frame assemblyAvailable in multiple materials to suit specific application and environment needs. Choice of ring oil or oil mist lubrication.
