Refurbishment.
APCon's pro�ciency is not limited only to new developments and structures but existing ones as well. In conjunction with quali�ed and technically pro�cient workmen, we will remodel, re�t and refurbish existing interiors and exteriors.

Con-struction was challenging with multi-disciplinary engi-neering requirements includ-ing piling, lateral support, ground anchors and de-watering.
