RESIDENCE LIFE SERVICES SUPERVISOR (RLSS)TheResidenceLifeServicesSupervisorcoordinatestheadministrativefunctionsofthehalls,includingsupervisingthehalldeskoperations.TheRLSSwillbehappytohelpyouwithquestionsconcerningdeskservicesoranyoftheotheradministrativeaspectsofthecomplex.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR FOR RESIDENCE LIFE (ADRL)TheAssistantDirectorforResidenceLifesupervisestheResidenceDirectorsandtheResidenceLifeServicesSupervisor.Theyareresponsibleforavarietyofadministrativeandprogrammingfunctionsandserveasaresourceandreferralagentforallcomplexresidents.IfyouneedassistanceyourADRLisanotherstaffmemberavailabletohelpyou.

WELLNESS ADVOCATEWellnessAdvocatesliveonmostfloorsandaremembersoftheUniversityHealthCenterstaff.Thesestudents,trainedinemergencyprocedures,canassistyouwithmostminorillnessesorinjuriesandwillcallforprofessionalmedicalattentionwhenneeded.

DESK ASSISTANT (DA)Thefrontdeskstaffisheretoassistyouandprovideyouwithservicestomakeyournewhomeacomfortableplacetolive.Theseservicesinclude:answeringquestions,sortingmail,providingchange,checkingoutkeys,makingcopies,monitoringfrontdoorsecurity,signinginovernightguests,etc.

COMMUNITY SERVICE OFFICER (CSO)Securitypersonnelareassignedtoeachcomplextoensureasafelivingenvironment.Theymonitorbuildingsecurityatnight,duringwhichtimetheycanbeseenwalkingthefloorsofthecomplex.Theycanbecontactedthroughthemaindeskineachcomplexfrommidnightto6a.m.

NIGHT CLERKNightclerksprovidesafetyandsecurityineachbuildingbymonitoringtheactivityandentrywaysintobuildings,respondingincrisissituationsandansweringquestions.Nightclerksareondutyfrommidnightto8a.m.daily.

RESIDENCE HALL ASSOCIATION (RHA) MEMBERSHIPThestudentgovernmentofthehalls/complexesandtheResidenceHallAssociationaregivenanallotmentofmoneypereachresidentforgovernmentactivities.Thisamountisincludedinyourhousingfee.

THE COURTYARDS/VILLAGE CONTRACT POLICIESContract Terms and Conditions WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR CONTRACTYourCourtyards/Villagecontractincludesaprivatebedroominafully-furnishedtwo-bedroomorfour-bedroom“apartment-style”livingunit.

Allutilitiesareincluded:

•Heat/AC,water,electricity,garbage.

•BasiccableTVisincludedforeachprivatebedroom,plusanother basiccableTVhookupinthelivingroomareaofeachunit.

Bathroomsaresharedwithonlyoneotherresident.Thecontractincludescleaning/maintenanceofthebathroomsbyUNLHousingstaffwithineachuniteveryotherweek.Anuprightvacuumcleanerisprovidedforeachunit,andaninitialgeneral-purposecleanerwillbeprovidedbyHousinginordertomaintainandprotectunitappliancesandfixtures.

CONTRACT TERM LENGTHTheAcademicYearContractTermbeginsAugust20,2015andendsMay7,2016.StudentswithanAcademicYearContractmaychoosetoliveinTheCourtyardsorVillage.Summercontracts(TheCourtyards)areavailableattheendofMarchuponrequest.Emailhousing@unl.eduformoreinformation.

MEALSTheCourtyards/Villageacademicyearcontractsincludetwofreemealsperweek.Thesemealsmaybeusedatanytimewhenthedininghallsareopen,MondaythroughFriday.The two meals may NOT be used at the Lewis Training Tableandwillnotbeavailableduringuniversityshutdowns,e.g.semesterbreak.

Courtyards/Villageacademicyearresidentsmayelecttopurchasea5-or7-dayunlimitedmealplanwitha5%discountinadditiontotheircontract.Formoreinformationonmealplanoptions,refertopage19.

UNDER 18 POLICIESAparentorguardianmustcosignasaguarantorifyouareunderage18atthetimeyousignyourcontract.Byaffixinghis/hersignatureasacosignerandguarantor,theparentorguardianacknowledgesresponsibilityforpaymentofroom,mealplan,andotherfeesundertheconditionsofthiscontractshouldthestudentdefaultonpayment.

Nostudentage16orunderisallowedtoresideintheresidencehallswithoutpriorapprovalbytheHousingDirector.

UNL STUDENT CENTRALIZED BILLING INFORMATIONTheCourtyards/Villagehousingfee(andanyotherincidentalHousingcharges)willbebilledtoyouthroughtheUniversity’sCentralizedBillingsystem.Themonthlybillsaregenerallypostedthelastweekofeachmonthandduethe12thdayofthefollowingmonth.ItisyourresponsibilitytoviewyouraccountthroughtheUniversity’sMyRedportalandmakepayments,asdirected,totheBursarsOffice.

Forquestionsrelatedtopaymentsmadeforanyandallchargesonyourcentralizedbill,contacttheStudentAccountsOfficeat(402)472-2887.

ThecentralizedbillincludesotherUniversitychargesaswellasyourhousingfees.TheOfficeofScholarshipsandFinancialAidwillcreditallawardstoyourUNLStudentAccount,tobeappliedagainstyourtuition,fees,housing,andanyotherinstitutionalchargesyouhaveincurred.Forfurtherinformationondisbursementofrefunds,callStudentAccountsat(402)472-2887.

Ifatanytimeduringthecourseofthecontracttermyouarenolongerenrolledforatleastsixhoursofclasses,youmustrequestandreceiveawaiverofthisrequirementtoremainaresidentofTheCourtyards/Village.Ifyoudonotrequestandreceivethiswaiver,youwillneedtoleavethehallwithinfivebusinessdays.ContacttheHousingContractsOfficeformoreinformationandtorequestanon-studentwaiverapplication.

LOFTS IN YOUR ROOMLoftable/adjustablebedsareprovidedinallapartment-stylebedrooms.Thesebedscanbesetatthreedifferentheights:regularheight,captain’sheight(approximately24inchesoffthefloor),orloftedheight(approximately67inchesoffthefloor).

Duringtheacademicyear,bedheightchoiceswillbebasedonthestudent’sPre-Arrivalform(availableinApril).Whenyouarriveoncampusinthefallyourbedwillbesetperyourrequest.

Studentsarenotallowedtobringtheirownlofts.Guardrailsandladderswillbeavailable(atnocharge)attheFacilitiesOfficewhenyoumovein.Ifyouwanttochangethebedheightafteryouarrive,contacttheFacilitiesOfficeforassistance.

CHANGE FROM APARTMENT-STYLE TO TRADITIONAL/SUITE-STYLE HALLSStudentswishingtochangefromtheiroriginalCourtyards/VillagecontracttoaTraditional/Suite-Stylehallcontractwillbeassesseda$100processingfee.

•Ifastudentwantstomakethischangebeforetheyhavemoved intoCourtyard/Village,theymustsubmitarequestinwriting (bymailore-mail)toUniversityHousing.

•Ifastudentwantstomakethischangeaftertheyhavemoved intoCourtyard/Village,theymust:

1.ContacttheResidenceDirector(RD)inadvance todiscussyourplans.

2.Completecheck-outprocesswithcurrenthallResidenceDirector.

Aftertheaboveoccurs,UniversityHousingwillapplythe$100processingfee.Thisfeewillbechargedtothestudent’scentralizedbill.IftheTraditional/Suite-StyleHallcontractiscancelledbeforeSeptember1,thehighercancellationfeeapplicabletotheCourtyards/Villagecontractwillbecharged.

RECONTRACTING FOR 2016-2017Therecontractingprocessfor2016-2017isexpectedtobeginFall2015.Therewillbechangestotherecontracting/sign-upprocess,pleasereadallinformationthatcomesoutcarefully.

LANDLORD TENANT ACT DOES NOT APPLYInaccordancewithNeb.Rev.Stat.§76-1408(1)Reissue1996,2002Cum.Supp.asamended,studentisenteringintothiscontractforaresidenceataninstitution,whichisincidentaltotheprovisionofeducationalservices,andtherefore,thiscontractisnotsubjecttotheNebraskaUniformResidentialLandlordandTenantAct.

ACCESS TO UNIT FOR BATHROOM MAINTENANCE/CLEANINGUniversityHousingFacilitiesstaffwillentereachuniteveryotherweekinordertomaintain/cleanthebathroomareas.BysigningtheTheCourtyards/Villagecontract,thestudentagreestoscheduledaccessforthispurpose.

CONTRACT CHANGES AND CORRECTIONSTheUniversityhasmadeeveryreasonableattempttomakesureinformationcontainedhereinisaccurateatthetimeofpublication.However,wereservetherighttomakecorrectionswhennecessary.Also,becauseUniversityHousingtriestorespondquicklytostudentconcernsandtofacilitatethebestpossiblehousinganddiningprograms,wefurtherreservetherighttomakechangesinoperationsasneeded.RefertotheHousingwebsiteforchangesandupdates(housing.unl.edu).

EARLY CHECK-INTheVillageandTheCourtyardsmaynotbeavailableforearlycheck-in.

IfyourUniversityresponsibilitiesnecessitatearrivingearlytocampuscompletearequesttomoveinearlyviaMyRedatleasttwoweeksbeforetherequestedearlycheck-indate.Circumstancesmaynecessitatethatwetemporarilyaccommodateyouinadifferenthall.CheckwithParkingServicesforparkingarrangementsforearlycheck-in,[email protected].

Theguestratewillbechargedinthecaseofearlycheck-in.Thecurrentguestroomrate,whichissubjecttochange,is$32perdayforTheCourtyards/Village.Thesamefeewillbeappliedforstorageand/oroccupancy.ThesechargeswillbepostedonyourOctoberbill.

FURNITURE CANNOT BE REMOVEDEachunitandbedroomcomesfully-furnished.Residentswillnotbepermittedtomovefurnitureoutoftheunit.

HOUSING TOBACCO-FREE POLICYTheCourtyards/Villagearetobacco-free.Youwillbeaskedtoindicateonyourcontractwhetheryouarewillingtoshareaunitwithsomeonewhosmokes.Ifyouoryourrequestedroommate(s)aresmokers,indicateyourwillingnesstoshareaunitwithasmoker.Understandthatwhilesmokingisnotpermittedinthebuildings,individualswhodosmokemaycarryresidualelementsofsmokingintotheirrooms(i.e.thesmellofsmoke,etc.)

Ifyouareconcernedabouttheresidualeffect,indicateonyourcontractthatyoupreferanon-smokingroommate.Seepage16formoreinformationabouttheTobaccoPolicy.

UniversityHousingreservestherighttomoveastudenttoanotherhallortocancelastudent’scontractifthestudentdoesnotadheretoUniversityHousingpolicies.

ByFederallawandUniversitypolicy,roomassignmentsandroomchangescannotbemadeonthebasisofrace,color,religion,disability,nationalorethnicorigin,orsexualorientation.

ContractseffectiveafterAugust20,2015(fallsemester),andJanuary8,2016(springsemester): •Afterfinalizingthecontract,thestudentmustwait24hours tomoveintotheirassignment.Thisallowstimeforstafftoinform currentresidentsoftheirnewroommate.

•Norateadjustmentwillbemadeforthosewhohavecontracted forspaceasofacertaindateandenterthehallatalaterdate.

MOVING BETWEEN BEDROOMS OR UNITSEachunithaseithertwoorfourbedroomsmarked(A/B/C/D)towhicheachresidentisassigned.Residentsmustresideintheirassignedletteredbedroomandunitnumber.Anymovesdonewithoutfollowingtheproperprocedurewillresultina$50administrationfee.

After hall opening,residentscanrequestabedroomorunitswitchbycoordinatingthemoveinadvancewiththeResidenceDirector.

IfanymovesaremadewithouttheproperauthorizationfromtheHousingOffice(beforehallopening)ortheResidenceDirector(afterhallopening),a$50administrationfeewillbechargedtoeachstudentinvolved.

RECRUITING A REPLACEMENT RESIDENT TO REDUCE CANCELLATION FEESIfaresidentwhoiscancellinghisorherCourtyards/VillagecontractrecruitsaneligiblestudenttomoveintohisorherlivingspaceinTheCourtyards/Village,theresident’scancellationfeewillbereducedto$400afterMay1.

ThereplacementstudentmustsigntheCourtyards/Villagecontractandpaytherequiredadvancepaymentpriortocancellationoftheoriginalresident’scontract.

NO-SHOWSAnystudentwhodoesnotrequestcancellationinwritingdirectlywithUniversityHousingandwhoisnotoccupyinghis/herroomby6p.m.onthefirstdayofclassesshallbeconsideredano-show.Thecontractwillbecancelledasofthattimeunlessanofficialnotificationofdelayof

RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIESAswithanycommunity,therearepoliciesthatmustbefollowedsothatallresidentscanlivetogethercooperativelyandmaintainapositiveliving-learningenvironment.Theresidencehallsallowstudentsagreatdealofindependence,responsibilityandfreedom.

Thislivingspacerequiresthatstudentspossessthelifeskillsthatareneededtoliveinanindependentlivingenvironment.Residentsareexpectedtoexhibitmatureandresponsiblebehavior.Weexpectyoutoreadthisinformationbecauseyouareheldaccountableforyourbehaviorandthechoicesyoumake.Whenlargegroupsofpeoplelivingtogether,thereisaneedforcommunitystandardssoeveryonehasthesameopportunitiesandeveryoneistreatedwithrespect.

UniversityHousingreservestherighttodenyorcancelahousingapplicationorcontractifUNLHousing,initsreasonablediscretion,determinesthatastudent’spast/currentbehaviororastudent’scriminalconvictionsindicateapossiblerisktothesafety,healthorlifeofanyperson,orapossiblerisktothesafetyandsecurityafanyproperty,orpresentsaseriousdisruptiontotheUNLHousingcommunityorliving-learningenvironment.

UniversityHousingreservestherighttoalteryourroomassignmentorcancelyourcontractif,intheUniversity’sopinion,youareunabletoadjusttothecommunitystandardsnecessaryforagrouplivingenvironment.Roommate(s)ofaResidentAssistantwhoarefoundresponsibleforapolicyviolationthathasoccurredwithintheunitthattheysharewiththeRAmayberequiredtomovefromtheunit.DuetothesensitivenatureoftheRAposition,itiscriticalthattheRAbeabletoliveandmanagepositionresponsibilitieswithinanapartmentunitwherethestaffmember’scredibilityisnotquestionedasaresultoftheactionsoftheirroommate.

CONSEQUENCES OF INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIORAsamemberoftheTheCourtyards/Villagecommunity,itisyourresponsibilitytoletothersknowifyouthinktheyareviolatingyourrights,justassomeonemayletyouknowifyouviolatetheirrights.Staffmemberswillalsoaddressinappropriatebehaviorwhennecessary.Weviewstudentconductasanotherpartofthelearningprocess.StudentswhochoosetoviolateUniversityorHousingpolicywillbereferredtotheResidenceDirectorortotheOfficeoftheDeanofStudents.

FACILITY MISUSEYouandyourroommate(s)areresponsiblefortheconditionofyourroom/unitanditscontentsandwillbechargedforanydamagesbeyondnormalwearandtear.Theconditionofthecommonareas(lounges,hallways,elevators,andlaundryrooms)isalsotheresponsibilityoftheresidents.Studentswhodamageormisuseanyhallfacilitywillberesponsibleforthecostofrepairsandmaybesubjecttodisciplinaryaction.Floorresidentsmayalsobeheldaccountablefordamagestothecommonareasshouldthoseresponsiblenotcomeforward.Inaddition,cleanlinessandsanitationareanecessityofcommunityliving.Youandyourroommateswillbeexpectedtomaintainyourunitinasafeandsatisfactorymannerinordertomeetreasonablehealthandsafetystandards.Youwillalsobeexpectedtodisposeoftrashproperlyonaregularandroutinebasis.Ifyouareresponsibleforunsafeorunsanitaryconditionsthathaveaneffectonyourroomorothers,youmaybeassessedacleaningfeeandsanctionsmayresultfromyourdisruptingthecommunity.

GAMBLINGGambling,involvinganyexchangeofmoneyoranythingofvalue,isnotpermitted.

GUESTS/HOST RESPONSIBILITY/VISITATIONTheseregulationsapplytotheresidentsofallapartmentstylebuildings,regardlessofunittype.

•Guestsaredefinedasfamilymembers,friends,orotherpersons relatedtooraffiliatedinanywaywiththeresident.

•Guestsmayvisityourroom/unitatanytime,subjecttothe“Unit

LivingAgreement”youandyourroommate(s)willsign.Atnotime willmorethan16individuals(includingresidents)bepermitted inanyunit/room.

•Ineveryresidencehall/livingunit,youareresponsiblefor informingyourguestsofresidencehallpoliciesandforthe behaviorandactionsofyourguest(s),uptoandincluding beingchargedforpoliciesthatyourguestsviolate.

•Allguestsmusthaveanescort,whichmeansthehost isresponsibleforbeingwiththeguesttoandfromtheroom, aswellasanyotherareasinthebuildingatalltimes.

HALL SPORTSTheresidencehallsarenotdesignedforathleticeventsorhorseplay.Itisimportanttokeephallwaysintactandmaintainsafetyandminimizedisruptionofthesleep/studyatmosphere.Becauseoftheriskofinjuries,accidents,andpotentialpropertydamage,sportingactivities,including,butnotlimitedto,skateboarding,scooters,bicycleriding,soccer,playingFrisbee,golf,hockey,rollerblading,throwingorbouncingballs,etc.,inthehallwaysorpublicareasoftheresidencehallsareprohibited.Violationscanresultinconfiscationofequipment,aswellasdisciplinarysanctionsand/orrestitutionfordamages.

HARASSMENTTheHousingstaffiscommittedtocreatinganenvironmentinwhicheachstudentfeelssafelivingintheresidencehallsandisfreefromharm,thethreatofharm,andunreasonableinterference.Therefore,studentswhoengageinactsorcommunicationsthatareintendedtothreaten,intimidateorharassaparticularstudent(s),andtocausethatstudent(s)tofearforhisorhersafetyareinviolationoftheharassmentpolicyandwillbesubjecttodisciplinaryaction.

KITCHEN, APPLIANCES AND LAVATORIESEachunitwillbefurnishedwithapacketofUserGuidesfortheappliancesintheunit.Residentsareexpectedtofamiliarizethemselveswiththisinformationpriortousingtheequipmentinordertoavoidmisuseordamagetothekitchenareaorappliances.

Kitchenareasaretobemaintainedinasafeandsanitarycondition.IfunsafeorunsanitaryconditionsarenotedbyHousingcomplexstaff,residentswillberequiredtocorrectthesituation.Ifitisnecessary

Lavatories,sinks,toilets,andallwaterandplumbingapparatusshallbeusedonlyforthepurposeforwhichtheyareconstructed.Sweepings,rubbish,rags,ashes,orotherforeignsubstancesshallnotbethrownintotheplumbingapparatus.Anydamageandthecostofcleaningorrepairingplumbingresultingfrommisuseshallbebornebyresidents.

LAUNDRY FACILITIESLaundryfacilitiesarefortheresidentsofTheCourtyards/Villageonly.Residentsaresolelyresponsibleforunattendedlaundry.Thelaundryfacilitiesareoperatedwithcoinlesslaundrymachines.Laundrycardsareavailableatthefrontdesk.Studentsmayaddvaluetocardsatarechargemachine.ThefrontloadwashingmachinesrequireHE(highefficiency)soapinordertominimizesudsing,whichcandamageamachine.

MEDICAL EMERGENCIESShouldasituationoccurinwhichmedicalattentionappearsneeded,Universitystaffmaysummonemergencymedicalassistance.Thecostofsuchassistancewillbebornebythestudent/parents.

PAPER PRODUCTSPaperproductsarenotprovidedinsuite-styleorapartment-stylehalls.Studentsareresponsibleforprovidingtheirowntoiletpaper,papertowels,etc.

PATIOS AND BALCONIESStudentsshouldmaintainacleanandattractiveappearancethroughoutTheCourtyards/Village,includingpatiosandbalconies.Patiosshouldbeunclutteredandsweptclean.Onlyoutdoorpatiofurnishingsareallowedonpatioareas.Forexample,chairs,tables,otherfurnituremustbeclearedwiththeRDoryouwillbeaskedtoremoveit.Youmaynotstore,dry,hang,ordrapeitemssuchasclothing,towels,linens,rugs,signs,flags,orhaveunsightlypersonalpropertyonyourpatioorbalcony.

Forthesafetyofothers,donotthrowanyitems,including,butnotlimitedto,cigaretteorcigarbutts,fromyourbalcony.

Forthesafetyofall,nosittingon,hangingfrom,orclimbingonrailings,orthrowingitemsfrombalconiesisallowed.Studentsfoundresponsibleforcreatingorparticipatinginthesetypesofunsafebehaviorsmaylosetheirabilitytocontinueresidingwithintheunits.

TheseplansofferunlimitedvisitstoanyoftheresidencehalldiningservicesoncitycampusandattheEastCampusUnion.TheseplansincludemealsonlyduringtheacademicyearbeginningAugust24,2015,throughMay6,2016,whentheresidencehalldiningservicesareopen.UniversityDiningServiceswillnotbeopenduringthetraditionalresidencehallvacationperiodsatThanksgiving,semesterbreak,andspringbreak.

Missedmealspolicy:boththe5-dayplanandthe7-dayplanpermitgreatflexibilityindiningtimesandlocationsandpresupposeoccasionalabsenteeism,sonorefundswillbegrantedformissedmeals.Inthecaseofprolongedillness,acredit(appliedagainstfuturepayments)maybegivenfordaysinexcessofthefirstfourteendaysofillness.Allrequestsformealrefundsduetoprolongedillnessmustbeappliedforwithintwoweeksoftheendoftheillness,beinwritingalongwithaletterfromadoctor,andsenttotheAssistantDirectorofHousingforContractsandStudentServices.Insuchcases,allmealplancosts,exceptthatportionoftheboardchargedeterminedbyUniversityHousingassociatedwithbonddebtservice,willbecreditedtoyouraccount.

The meal plan may not be used by anyone other than the resident to whom it is contracted.

MEAL INGREDIENTSUNLtakesprideinmeetingvegetarian,vegan,allergy-sensitiveandotherdietaryneeds.Ifyouhaveaspecialdietaryneed,pleasecontacttheAssistantDirectorofUniversityDiningServices.

Wemakeeveryefforttolabelthemenuitemsbeingservedandidentifytheingredients.Attimes,however,theingredientsofmenuitemswillnotbeposted,andthepossibilityalsoexiststhattheingredientsand/ornutritionalcontentmayvaryfromwhatisposted.Manufacturersmaychangetheformulationofthefoodwithoutourknowledgeandaccuratenutritionalinformationforcertainproduct(s)maynotbeavailable.Anycustomersconcernedaboutfoodingredientsshouldbeawareoftheserisksandproactiveabouttheirfoodchoices.Itisultimatelytheresponsibilityofthecustomertodecidewhethertoeatcertainfoods.TheUniversitywillnotassumeanyliabilityforadversereactionstofoodsconsumedortoitemsonemaycomeintocontactwithwhileeatingataUniversityestablishment.Forquestionsregardingtheingredientsofthemenuitemsoranyotherquestionsaboutfoodcontents,pleaseconsultamemberofthediningcenter’smanagementteamatanytime.Ifyoubelieveyoumayhavedisability-relatedfoodallergiesorotherdietaryneedsrelatedtoadisability,contactVevaCheney,DirectorofServicesforStudentswithDisabilities,at(402)472-3787.

LATE NIGHT DININGAnyonewitha5-dayor7-dayunlimitedmealplanwillhavetheoptiontoaddLateNightDining.LateNightDiningwillbeopenSundaythroughThursdayeveningsfrom9p.m.tomidnightatHuskerHoagieslocatedinAbel/Sandoz.Themenuwillincludelimitedofferings;pleasegotohousing.unl.edu/dining-center/late-nightformoreinformation.ThechargetoaddLateNightDiningis$200fortheacademicyearandyoucaneatuptotwotimeseachweek.Thisfeaturemaybeaddedatanytimeduringthefirstsemesterforthefull$200oraddedanytimeduringthesecondsemesterfor$100.Therewillbenorefundsforthisoptionuponcontractcancellationormealplancancellation.

GUEST MEAL ALLOWANCEAnyonewitha5-dayor7-dayunlimitedmealplanmaybringaguestfreeofchargeuptothreetimeseachsemester.TheguestallowanceisgoodforallmealsexcepttheHolidaymealinDecember.Thisguestallowanceisdesignedtoincludefamily,friends,facultyorotherguestsinyourlivingandlearningexperiencewithUNLHousing.
