The Amada 358 King CNC (Computer Numerical Control)

turret punch press utilizes a sheet loader/unloader for

high volume production and features a brush table design

to protect the surface finish of parts while in production.

The Amada 358 King and 357 Queen handle sheets up to

50" x 144" with a material thickness up to .250". Both tur-

ret presses perform these precise sheet metal fabrication

processes:

Our Amada press brakes are some of the most accurate

forming presses in the world. Our presses utilize CNC

(Computer Numerical Control) technology with depth

and angle mode programming for speed, consistency,

and accurate repeatability. Quick Change tooling

drastically reduces operator set up time.

To fabricate your sheet metal part

we use precision machine tools:

The press brake is used for the

forming of a punched sheet metal blank and

can handle multiple bends with a single set-up. This piece

has a "jitter-bug" finish and is ready for powder coating.
