User Experience

The pretest is required

before viewing any

program

There is no pass rate

required for the

pretest – just

completion of the test

prior to the program.

After completing the

pretest, you can now

view the program

After viewing the

program, click the Get

Certificate link to

complete the program

requirements including

post-test, evaluation,

and attestation

Notice in this example,

I cannot take the post-

test as I have not

viewed the entire

program

I must go back to the

main page and view

the entire program

Now that I have

viewed the full

program, I go back to

get certificate

Take the Post-test

If the attendee fails

the post-test, it can be

taken again (AOA

allows for up to 3

attempts – the number

of attempts can be set

up in the InReach

System)

Let’s retake the test

With a passing grade

over 70% I can now

complete the

evaluation, attestation

and get my certificate

…and I can now get

my certificate
