FIVE represents a best-in-class collection of monitoring and management tools, providing problem isolation and issue resolution of infrastructure devices. These tools ensure that customer networks are operating as they were designed: providing optimal services to end users. This innovative monitoring service provides invaluable availability, capacity planning, and performance metrics & reporting tools for IT management. FIVE helps customers ensure these key indicators are met for their most critical devices. Configurations of applicable infrastructure devices are archived on a regular basis, providing for rapid replacement in the event of hardware failure. FIVE customers receive automated alerts when preset thresholds are exceeded and Tier 1 analysis for recurring issues of problematic devices. In addition to real-time analytics, historical metrics, reports, baseline, and trend analysis tools are extended to both employees of the AOS Operations Center and customer staff. Customers are granted direct access to the FIVE portal, as well as customized, real-time and historical ad-hoc reports. By leveraging additional AOS Sentry, Block or Hourly support agreements, these outputs may be extended to the AOS team of Systems Engineers, as a key component in troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues.
