The catering environment includes specialist ‘Pod-Constructed’ cold stores and pantries installed for speed and in order to maintain the integrity of the environment.

Specialist ceiling and lighting systems were designed to be able to alter the general arrangement of the space and create mood-effects so that the opened-out space could be multi functional and available for corporate events as well as general catering.

Many specialist lighting, glazing and water features were installed throughout the public areas and extensive shower, relaxation and changing facilities.

Specialist finishes included gold leaf, fusion glazing and in excess of £1 million pounds of bespoke joinery. New M&E systems were installed throughout the space within restricted voids to provide a 1st class environment for guests and deal with the sophisticated water treatment requirements of the spa rooms themselves.

Refurbishment of the atria within Anchorage House on behalf of Criterion Capital. Decorations and strip out of concrete planters including lighting up-grade was all completed in accordance to a fast-track programme which required flexibility to accommodate out of hours and weekend work. Major Projects Works including the demolition of existing reception structures, new DDA compliant access arrangements and reception areas improved appearance of the ground floor and upper levels whilst working at considerable height in a fully occupied building.
