for strawberry picking.
Check out the petting zoo, enjoy fresh-cut
flowers and U-pick or pre-picked strawberries!!
After our morning at the farm, we’ll head off to Stonewall to experience the warmth and charm of
McLeod House Tea Room.
Enjoy homemade lunches and dessert in the charm of their historic 100 year old house.
A wide selection of delicious treats are available or be sure to check out the
“feature of the day.”

“Muscle Madness” - Tuesday, July 10th
Come join us!!
“Muscle Madness” is a mindful exercise program.
Instructor-led and self-directed resistance training class aimed at developing increased strength, power,
coordination and balance, to improve the function of active daily living.
When
Tuesdays 1:00pm - 2:30pm
July 10th, 17th & 24th - August 7th & 14th
You will need: Comfortable clothing & shoes
Resistance bands
Hand-held free weights or wrist & ankle weights
Floor/Yoga mat
Happy Smiley faces!
Includes: cardio, circuit training with resistance training with bands, body weight & free weights;
chair assistance, stretch & relaxation.
Open to all fitness levels and experience.

Love Your IPad Workshop - July 11th
Love your iPad? Love it even more! Let’s share some tips and tricks to get our iPads working well for us. This informal session with a maximum of 8 participants will provide an opportunity for iPad users to discover ways that the
iPad can do more for us. Practice using the iPad operating system, understanding applications, notifications,
Siri, sharing, search and Safari. By popular demand, a second class has been added!

Rainbow Stage - “Breaking Up is Hard to Do” Wednesday, July 18th
Breaking Up Is Hard To Do, The Musical That Will Have You Singing In Your Seat. Set at a Catskills resort in 1960, this is the sweetly comic story of Lois and Marge, two friends from Brooklyn in search of good times and romance over one wild Labor Day weekend. The score showcases 18 Neil Sedaka classics, including “Where the Boys Are”, “Sweet Sixteen”, “Calendar Girl”, “Love Will Keep Us Together”, and of course, the chart-topping title song. Tickets: $45.00 Members $50.00 Non-members
(Ticket price includes all taxes, fees & round trip transportation from the Senior Scene Club.)

Rainbow Stage is Canada's largest and longest-running outdoor theatre, lo- cated in Kil-
donan Park in north Winnipeg, Manitoba. The covered, open-air theatre seats up to 2,600 people and operates from May to September.
