What will you do When Jesus Finds You?

DECLARATION OF GOD'S WORD! Your word is spirit and it is life (John 6:63) . It will quicken me. It will come alive to me. It will speak life to me right now as I read it.

DECLARATION OF GOD'S WORD! Your word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path (Psalm 119:105) . It will lead me and guide me every step of the way.

DECLARATION OF GOD'S WORD! Your word is life unto my being and health unto my flesh (Proverbs 4:20-22) . It will infuse my soul with life and bring about health and wholeness to my physical body as I read it.

Jesus NEEDED to Go Through Samaria

This woman was the reason that Jesus NEEDED to go through Samaria.

Once she gave herself to Christ, revival broke out in the city.

The Woman at the Well

She was a SAMARITAN WOMAN.

She was a SAMARITAN WOMAN.

--the Jewish people considered Samaritans dogs.

She was a SAMARITAN WOMAN.

-- women were nearly the least of society, often considered property & were valued for their ability to bear children.

She was a SAMARITAN WOMAN.

-- women were nearly the least of society, often considered property & were valued for their ability to bear children.

She was an OUTCAST of Society

Getting water was considered WOMEN’S WORK.

She came at the HOTTEST time of the day. No one came at that time, therefore she’s trying to avoid everyone else.

She’s got a REPUTATION in town. She’s been married 5 times & now she’s living with a man.

Despite all of the POOR CHOICES Jesus PURSUED Her Recklessly.

She was a Samaritan, a woman, married 5X & now living with a man & yet Jesus went where He went FOR HER.

She came to the well at noon to AVOID people, Jesus sat in the hot sun by the welling WAITING for her.

Jesus fought through His own exhaustion and potential public humiliation all to give her the chance to GET IT RIGHT after all of the times she’s GOT IT WRONG.

Jesus is Pursuing You Too

Don’t Get Caught Up in Your Poor Choices of the Past

Many of us, just like this woman, have made numerous POOR CHOICES and we struggle with the reputation that follows.

You can never undo what you’ve done, however through Jesus Christ you can get a second chance.

Don’t Get Caught Up In Things that Don’t Matter

This woman wants to debate over the hatred of the past and the differences in worship.

“...true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is

seeking such to worship Him”

John 4:23 NKJV

Jesus NEEDED to GET TO YOU

Everything God has done has been to show His love to all people and provide a way BACK to the right relationship with Him.

Jesus NEEDED to go through Samaria to get to this woman and He NEEDED to go through the cross to get to you.

Where Must YOU Go for God to Reach Someone?

Jesus NEEDED to go to Samaria in order reach this woman.

The Disciples had to go to town in order to GET OUT OF THE WAY.
