Early check-in and late check-out after 12:00 is possible for the additional payment upon your request. Full pre-payment must be done by the Customer within 3
(three) calendar days starting from the moment of receiving the invoice. I agree with conditions of booking. Any changes to the application, in terms of reducing the declared period of stay and full or partial cancellation are a unilateral refusal of the Customer to fulfill its obligations under this contract. In the case of a unilateral refusal of the Customer to fulfill its obligations under this contract, the Customer is obliged to pay a penalty in the amount of the total sum of all ordered services (100%) to the Contractor. The Contractor has the right to unilaterally
charge a penalty in the amount of the total sum of all ordered services from the deposit payment made by the Client. All reductions, changes or additions to the application should be sent in writing! The parties agreed that all agreements, confirmations, notices, invoices and other documents, including reports, requests, claims, statements and other documents sent to the responsible persons of the parties by e-mail or other means of communication, furnished pursuant to the terms of this agreement, the application can be directed, received, signed by the parties by means of electronic, fax and other communications. These documents are
recognized as legally equivalent to the parties without any restrictions, made in writing, with the possibility of establishing the party from whom they proceed, and can be used as a formal proof. By entering into this agreement, the Customer is responsible for giving an agreement of their clients / employees to process their personal data. In case of
withdrawal of the employee agreement for processing of personal data the contract ceases in respect of such person, and in the case of the withdrawal of the Customer agreement, the contract terminates completely. In this case, the contract (fully or partially) terminates prematurely from the date the Contractor receives the relevant application to revoke consent to the processing of personal data. In this case, the Contractor undertakes to destroy such personal data in the terms established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Recall by Customer or its client / employee consent to the processing of personal data, the
Contractor recognizes as the will of the Customer or its client / employee of early rejection of this contract. In this case the clauses relating to the cancellation policy are applicable.

1. Complete the Hotel Accommodation order form in the handbook and return to Restec Tour in Russia. 2. Once you have received the invoice and confirmation for your accommodation please make the
payment by bank transfer or credit card. 3. Complete this form (Tourist Visa Support blank) and send it by fax to: +7 (495) 544 38 35 or by e-mail
[email protected] or [email protected] with a scanned copy of your passport. Only the main page with photograph are required.
4. The relevant documents will be sent to you by fax or email within 24 hours after receiving your payment.
5. Should you require the documents by express delivery you can order the delivery by yourself or Restec Tour can arrange the delivery for an additional cost.
6. Once you have received the documents you can go to the Russian Consulate to apply for an entrance Visa to the Russian Federation.
