Acceptance of Financial Reports CertificationBE IT RESOLVED; that the Board of Education, upon the recommendation of theSchool Business Administrator accepts the certification of the Board Secretary, andcertifies: in compliance with NJAC 6A:23A-16.10(c), that to the best of ourknowledge as of September 30, 2016, no major account or fund has been over-expended and that sufficient funds exist to meet the district’s financial obligations forthe remainder of the 2016-2017 school year.

4. Transfer of FundsBE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Education, upon the recommendation by theSchool Business Administrator, approves the transfer of uncommitted funds withinthe 2016-2017 school year budget as per the attached list.
