For more than 40 years Charlie Slaven has been a trusted advisor, trainer, coach, mentor, and an IT, process engineering, change leader, software engineer, and financial professional. He is currently the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives for Kaivac, Inc. an innovative manufacturer of cleaning equipment in Hamilton, Ohio. As such he leads various projects related to driving growth and profitability for the Company. Previously, he was a Professor of Practice at the Northern Kentucky University where he taught many Business Informatics courses. Just prior to that Charlie was the Senior Lead Consultant, where he led for Lean training at the Great American Insurance Company. His career led him through an assignment as the Director, Lean for The Christ Hospital and a Master Black Belt for The Kroger Company. During this time, he honed his skills as a Project Manager, SAFe Program Consultant and Agilest. He has been a life long learner, after starting out as an MBA CPA. He is Lifetime Achievement Awardee from the PMI SW Ohio Chapter where he was on the BOD for more than 13 years including holding one of the President seats for 7 years and the VP of Training and Professional Development for 6 years.

Amber Hamilton is the Chief Agility and Product Management Officer at Fifth Third Bank. She has more than 20 years of progressive product management and leadership experience from a variety of companies and industries. She is currently responsible for Fifth Third’s Agile Transformation and Product Management capabilities. Leading up to her time at Fifth Third she served in various business leader and product management roles at USAA, International Paper, and dunnhumby USA, and ultimately as Head of Agile Delivery at 84.51 where she led their agile transformation.

Mark Wavle is an experienced Agile practitioner, coach, Professional Scrum Trainer (PST), and National Lead for Agile at Insight Digital Innovation. Over the past 11 years, Mark has been an Agilest, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach, and trainer in a variety of industries including medical device manufacturing, P&C insurance, retail, fintech, and data science. As a sought-out speaker and trainer, he has created and delivered training and presentations at companies, industry groups, and conferences in the United States and Europe.

Chris has spent the past 10 years as an Agile practitioner and enthusiast. He has a diverse set of Agile experiences as a team member, Scrum Master and Coach. Chris has worked with large corporations in the Personal Products, Technology, and Financial Services industries. Today, Chris acts as Coach and consultant for a large corporation undergoing their Agile Transformation. He’s passionate about facilitating and teaching, as well as learning from others.

For 30 years, Frank has led, and managed projects and programs around the world for clients such as the U.S. Navy, Air Force, and Army, NASA, CA, CSC, GTE, and Mylan Pharmaceutical. He has worked across many different Industries, including Oil & Gas, , CPGs, Healthcare, and Construction. Today, Frank speaks, coaches, and consults for individuals and companies on how to affect change using lean-agile thinking. Frank is a Certified Executive Coach and holds a BSCIS and done graduate work in Software Engineering.
