Firstly, determine the correct intended use forselecting the correct tray.

Serving Tray: It is used for carrying materials for serving purpose to

the customers by the employees. Non-slip Surface and Rubytray Trays:

They are used by the customers for carrying menu materials.

Polyester trays: They are used in heavy duty conditions.

2nd Step: Who will use tray?

It is important to determine who will use the tray for

identifying the suitable tray material. Children, Students,

FLAT SURFACE Mold surfaces are treated with acid pattern and have been developed with new mold designs for those

looking for style and presentation on the tray. Aesthetic value has been provided with the diferent decorative

look. The productis made with pressing of resin-impregnated kraft papers. Double melamine coating provides

extra resistance against scratching. In addition, the resin we use in the coating is Pure Melamin and suitable

for contact of the product with food.

TEST DEFINITIONS Thermal Shock Resistance Test

The test consists of the method of measuring short-term radical heat change and application and deformation by taking

the tray from iced water (0˚C) and putting in boiling water (100˚C).

Cracking Resistance Test

It consists of measuring deformation by throwing a metal ball from a particular height on the tray.

Scratch Resistance Test

Scratch and wear occurred as a result of friction between the porcelain plate and tray surface are observed. The test

consists of measuring any wear on the surface and from left to right movement of a porcelain container with hand

pressure to be placed on tray regarding the movement on the tray surface.

* Proportional warranty against manufacturer’s defects.

* Non-slip surface and customized products are not recommended to be used in heated carts.

* If you are using Thermo-Disinfection chemicals, please contact us.

It consists of layers compacted with melamine saturated paper merged with synthetic resin under high pressure and temperature.

The surface has been coated with double coated high-pressure melamine for ensuring regular washing.

connected to laminated rubber surface on these trays designed for industrial use. The rubber used is EPDM

and is resistant to all kinds of acid and chemicals. It is unrivalled thanks to its stainless property. Drying

The test consists of the method of measuring short-term radical heat change and application and deformation by taking the tray from iced

water (0˚C) and putting in boiling water (100˚C).




Scratch and wear occurred as a result of friction between the porcelain plate and tray surface are observed. The test consists of measuring

any wear on the surface and from left to right movement of a porcelain container with hand pressure to be placed on tray regarding the

movement on the tray surface.

Digital technology provides graphic editing above traditional printing systems totypographers. This technology ofers advantages such as shorter throughput, printing in the requested

amount, reducing the waste amount, reducing the stock amount and a great responsibility. In addition to this, digital printing is capable of printing e�ciently on various papers with

high quality and a wide range of bright colours and ofering post-printing processes without incurring any cost based on traditional ofset printing system. Rehearsal works of the customer can be finished within a shorter time. Resistance periods of washing machines of trays used are

increased as we print on decoration paper and perform impregnated process afterwards.In addition to this, there is no colour and size restriction as in traditional ofset printing.

It has been diversified with diferent corner profiles and mold surface look for industrial use. Mold Surfaces

are in two diferent groups as patterned and bright groups. The productis made with pressing of resin-

impregnated kraft papers. Surface decorations have been extra resistant against scratches by being resin

impregnated twice. The ability of resisting to slide and cork produced from natural bark has been provided

to pool part of the tray and has been made suitable for washing in the washing machine. Resin we use in

lamination is Pure Melamin and suitable for contact of the product with food.
