God knows everything about you and loves you immeasurably. God assures you in Psalm 100:5, “For the LORD is good and His love endures forever, His faithfulness continues through all generations.” This verse not only tells us of His goodness and love, but says that it is for us today, generations later than when it was written. God is faithful through all generations. God knows that we are sinners and have turned away from Him, but God loves people so much that He sent His Son – Jesus – to take the punishment we deserve for our sin, so that those who turn from their own way to Him and trust in Jesus can have a relationship with the God who loves them.

We are a community of people who are in process. We have imperfect messy lives, but we are pursuing and experiencing a transforming relationship with Jesus and with each other. Everybody is welcome here whatever your story, your questions, doubts or struggles. We’re all about doing life together in community, being intentional about our growth as people and serving one another and our broader community along the way.
We want to invite you to one of our Sunday Gatherings (10am-11:15am) to experience our community of Jesus-followers authentically engaging with the God we love! You are welcome to join us for any of our programs – try some and see what works for you. Children Relevant & interesting Bible teaching, fun activities, a dynamic Wednesday evening program (6:30pm), A children’s choir on Fridays at 3pm (starting in Sept) & Kids’ Church on Sundays at 10am. Speak to Lisa ([email protected]) for further info.
Youth and Young Adults We have an active Youth Group & a number of students & young adults who meet and hang out together (Wednesdays at 6:30pm for Jr. Youth Gr 6-8; 7pm for Gr 9-12). Young Adults meet twice a month at 12noon on Sundays for potluck/devotion. For more info, speak to Jason ([email protected]).
Life Groups We have a number of LIFE GROUPS - smaller groups meeting in homes or the church for Bible study, friendship and encouragement. Different Life Groups meet together on every day of the week and at various times. Contact Ruby: 604-560-4082 or [email protected] for more information or to join a Life Group.
SummerSummers at WRBC are packed with day camps for children ages 4-16. We start off with Summer Kids Club (July 7-21, ages 4-12, $60 or $50 before June 18), Basketball (July 24-28, ages 6-12, $145 or $135 before June 24), then Urban Adventures (Jully 31-Aug 4, Gr. 5-7, $75), Soccer (Aug 8-11, Ages 6-12, $116 or $108 before July 9), and Urban Adventures (Aug 14-18, Gr 8-10, $75).Info and registration: whiterockbaptist.ca or 604-531-2344. Older Adults In the 55+ group, you are part of the family and part of the team. We have serving teams that provide care & encouragement, and opportunities, in virtually every ministry of the church, for those who would like to use their gifts and skills to serve others. Friday Friendship luncheons usually the 2nd and 4th Friday at 12noon have great performers to inspire us ($10).

Welcome!We believe that God has called us to announce His love and good news to this world. Through how God has uniquely placed us, we are to commit our lives to sharing His Gospel & demonstrating God's immeasurable love as best as we can. When Jesus preached to the crowds in the Book of Luke, He said we are called to love those who are hard to love - not just the ones that love you in return. White Rock Baptist Church exists to do just that - express God's unending love and mercy to those that need it the most. Jesus said it best in Luke 6:35-38: “But love your enemies, & do good, & lend, expecting nothing in return, & your reward will be great, & you will be sons of the Most High, for He is kind to the ungrateful & the evil. Be merciful, even as your Father is merciful. Judge not, & you will not be judged; condemn not, & you will not be condemned; forgive, & you will be forgiven; give & it will be given to you” & in John 14:6: Jesus answered, “I am the way & the truth & the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”
