TAA-qualified professionals will have variable units of which they can RPL across to the new TAE40110. As a result, both learner’s professional experience combined with course units completed during their TAA40104 course can gain you a greater number of credits towards your new TAE40110 qualification.
Note: Students must be able to demonstrate sufficient evidence of currency in training (within the last 12 months) in order to gain full RPL for the TAA40104 qualification. Where sufficient evidence of currency cannot be demonstrated, additional gap training may be required.
RPL is offered to any Learner who can provide evidence of
competency for the units offered within this qualification.
This can include any previous training (formal or informal) of
previous life or work experience. The RPL process is really
straightforward, simply indicate on your enrolment form that you
would like to apply for RPL and once your enrolment is confirmed,
you will receive an RPL pack to help with evidence collection. Your
trainer will also call to go through any potential RPL opportunities
you may have. Simple!

Once you have completed and sent in your Inspire enrolment form, simply complete the following:
1) Provide a copy of your TAA40104 Certificate, including the units complete (Statement of Attainment).
2) Provide evidence of vocational currency (e.g. 3rd party employer / association report outlining your training or assessment activities) to ensure your training experience is up to date.
3) Complete our TAE4110 RPL Application.
4) You’re done!
NOTE: Depending on what TAA40114 units you originally completed and vocational experience, you may have to complete gap training.
