The Prayer Chain run by Tilly Ellul. Cherry Garden Avenue (east side), Churchhill Close, Coniston Road. 9. Sue Wise, our Director of Music and all the singers and instrumentalists who lead our worship. Barry Wise who oversees the sound system. Sunday Nighters, a home group for young adults and adults with young families, hosted by Steve and Janice Bradford.Jesmond Street, Julian Road, Lincoln & Newman Houses.

20. Other groups who use our halls. The keep fit and tap classes on Wednesday and Thursday mornings respectively. The Slimming Club on Wednesday evenings. U3A monthly sewing club at Grace Taylor Hall. Brownies who meet in the hall on Fridays led by Gina Ruddock. Rangers on Friday evenings led by Vicky Amos. Scouts and Cubs led by Craig Ward who meet in their own hall.Papworth Close, Parkfield, Rosamund Court.

21. Those who care for our church buildings. Sue Milton and the Holy Dusters who clean the church and hall. Peter & Jackie Boyce and Saras Nadarajah who undertake all the gardening. 27. The Winter Shelter project headed up by Vikki Moran. For all the planning, leaders and volunteers and those who stay from December to February. The homeless, jobless and needy. Asylum seekers and their children and all who are engaged in trying to help them.St. John’s Church Terrace, Stablemead, Stiles Close.

28. Our hospitals, medical centres, residential and nursing homes. Members of our church engaged in any kind of medical and social work.Sugarloaf Walk, Sunningdale Avenue, Sussex Road, The Waltons.

29. The schools in our parish; The Senior & Primary Academies, Harvey Grammar, The Beacon, Mundella, & Stella Maris. Their teachers and pupils, especially those in our church community. All students known to us studying elsewhere in the UK.Thompson Close, Upton Close, Victoria Road.

30. Workers on the industrial estate and local shopkeepers. Our own outreach in prayer to neighbours, friends and those we meet. B4–8’s town centre project supporting families, parents and children.Walton Gardens, Walton Manor Close, Walton Road, Watkin Road.

PRAYER DIARY

1 I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— 2 for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. 3 This is good, and pleases God our Saviour, 4 who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.(1 Timothy 2:1-4)
