We have a pleasure to invite your fencers to the Ist EFC Circuit U14 (born 2005 and younger)

„Burgas Cup”2019 women and men sabre, which will be held on 7-9.6.2019 in Burgas,

Bulgaria.

There will be accompanying competition for boys and girls under 12 years (born 2007 and

younger) on 7.06.2018 at Burgas, Bulgaria.

1. Organizers: European Fencing Confederation; Bulgarian Fencing Federation; “Vassil

Etropolski” Fencing Academy; Fencing Club “ Korsair; Burgas municipaly.

4. Inscriptions: The competitions are open to all countries and clubs. The deadline for

inscriptions/name, nationality, date of birth/ is 1.06.2016. Inscriptions should be sent to

vetropolski@abv.bg.

5. Visa Requests: Please send visa requests with cadre list, role and event, passport

numbers, passport expiration dates, and dates of birth at vetropolski@abv.bg.

6. Age categories: U 12 – boys and girls born 2007 and younger

U 14 – boys and girls born 2005 and younger

8. Competiton format: EFC regulations will apply throughout the competition.

Individual : One round of pools followed by direct elimination. /no eliminated fencers in the

U12 competition/

Team: pools or direct elimination.

9. Entry fee:

5 Euro – per fencer U12

15 Euro – per fencer per category

30 Euro – per team

10. Referree quotas:

5 - 9 fencers per nation – 1 referee

10 - 15 fencers per nation – 2 referees

16 – and above fencers per nation – 3 referees

Non respect of quota is sanctioned by 150 EUR for every missing referee.

All hotel reservations must be done to vetropolski@abv.bg and to be paid via bank

transfer or at registration desk in the fencing hall. Send us number of rooms, name, surname,

period of stay. We advice you to make reservations as early as possible, room availability in

June may be low.
