UNIFORM GUIDE (2015-2016)

Supplier:

Lands’ End will continue to be our main supplier of uniforms. Along with Lands’ End, Top of the Class has

been selected as an alternative local provider. From SY 2015-2016, school PE clothes are REQUIRED for

all of the students of Hikarigaoka Campus*. Required PE items are ONLY AVAILABLE from Top of the

Class. Please purchase PE items from them. Girls between K2 – Gr 8 may choose to purchase their

jumper skirts/skirts from the Isetan Department Store. Please refer to the appendix for more information.

* Meguro students do not need the school PE clothes.

Order Process:

Top of the Class: Orders will be taken now, however delivery date will be on August 15, 2015. Please

refer to page 10 for a guide to how to order online.

Lands’ End: Please refer to page 11 for a guide to how to order online. Please allow 2 – 4 weeks for

delivery, as it will be supplied from the US.

Uniform Items:

Items for each grade level are detailed in this Uniform Guide. Please do not substitute with alternative items,

unless advised by the school, even if the alternative is from our suppliers. Certain items require the school

logo – these are noted in this Uniform Guide and already come with the logo applied. All uniforms must be

clearly named.

Sizing:

Top of the Class provides sizes by age or height (cm). Top of the Class will also have days during summer

break where families can visit their office to try on and buy uniforms. Please wait for the announcement of

the date.

Lands’ End provides charts to ensure accurate sizing. Trousers, shorts, and skirts come with adjustable

elastic inner waistbands. Trousers can be hemmed to preferred length. Samples are available at school.

Please contact the school for an appointment to look at them.

Summer/Winter:

Summer uniforms are to be worn from May 1 – September 30, and winter uniforms are to be worn from

October 1 – April 30.

HOW TO ORDER (Top of the Class):

1. Please go to http://www.schooluniform.ne.jp/

2. Please move your curser to SHOP BY SCHOOL, and click on AOBA-JAPAN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL

3. Select your child(ren)’s grade, and then you will see the winter and summer uniforms for that grade group.

4. Select the item, and select the size and quantity and click “ADD TO CART”.

5. At the end, you can pay Paypal, or proceed to check out as you would for any online shopping. Payment

can be also made by bank transfer.

HOW TO ORDER (Lands’ End)

1. Please go to www.landsend.com

2. If this is your first time, you would need to set up your child’s account. We recommend you setting up an

account for each child, as once you have set up an account, the site will automatically show only the

necessary items for his/her grade.

3. In order to set up an account, move your curser above “UNIFORMS”. Then click on “FIND YOUR

SCHOOL”.

4. Then click on “OR FIND MY SCHOOL USING MY PREFERRED SCHOOL NUMBER”

5. Then, enter our School Number, 900160342, in the box provided and then, click “FIND MY SCHOOL.”

6. Once Aoba-Japan International School shows up on the right, enter your child’s First Name, Grade, and

Gender in the boxed provided in the left. Then, click on “SAVE SCHOOL”.

7. It will lead you to the “SIGN IN” screen. Please click on “Create one” at the bottom.

8. Then, “Create an Account” screen appears asking you to enter “First Name”, “Email Address” and

“Password”. Your password should contain 8 to 20 characters and at least 1 number. Then, click on

“CREATE ACCOUNT”.

9. If you already have an account, please click on “Sign In” and sign in using your email address and

password.

10. Once you are in the site, you should see an account for your child. If you click on “SHOP THIS

SCHOOL”, it should show the items for him/her.

11. To add another child, please click “ADD STUDENT”. Fill in the necessary information, such as Name,

Gender, Grade, and then create.

12. For items that require the school logo (all top items), the logo will automatically be added to your order.

13. After ordering the required items, please check out like you would for any online orders.

14. Please call the Lands’ End Call Center, or the school for questions. Samples are available at school.

取り扱い業者:

引き続きメインの制服取り扱い業者は Lands’ Endになりますが、国内の業者として Top of the Classでも

購入できるようになりました。2015-2016年度から体育着も指定のものが光が丘キャンパスの全生徒に必要

となります※が、体育(PE)で必要な着衣は Top of the Classのみで購入が可能です。

K2-G8女子のジャンパースカート・スカートに関しましては新宿伊勢丹での購入も可能です。別紙をご参照

ください。

※目黒キャンパスの生徒は体育着は必要ありません。

注文方法:

Top of the Class：注文は今からでもできます。ただし、発送は 8月 15日になりますのでご注意下さい。。

Lands’ End：注文はオンラインで行ないます。注文方法については 23ページをご参照下さい。アメリカか

らの配送になりますので到着には 2～4週間をみて下さい。

制服について:

学年別の制服の詳細はこの制服案内に記載されています。学校から特に指示がない限りは、それが当校指定

業者の商品であっても、代替品の着用はできません。制服案内にあるとおり、制服によってはスクールロゴ

が付いていなくてはなりません。全ての制服には必ず名前を明記して下さい。

サイズ:

Top of the Classのサイズは年齢、または身長（cm）で決めます。夏休み中の決められた日に先方のオフィ

スに行って試着をし、購入することも可能です。日程等詳細は追ってお知らせしますのでそれまでお待ちく

ださい。

Lands’ Endでは正確なサイズでお申し込みいただくためにサイズチャートを用意しています。また、ズボ

ン、半ズボン、スカートはウェストのアジャスターゴムでサイズを調整できます。ズボンの長さは注文時に

指定できます。見本が学校に置いてありますのでご覧になりたい方はご連絡下さい。

夏服／冬服:

夏服は 5月 1日から 9月 30日まで着用します。冬服は 10月 1日から 4月 30日まで着用します。

Top of the Classご注文方法： 1. http://www.schooluniform.ne.jp/ のサイトに行ってください。

2. 「SHOP BY SCHOOL」にカーソルを乗せて「AOBA-JAPAN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL」をクリックし

てください。

3. お子様の学年を選んでいただくとその学年グループの冬夏の制服が表示されます。

4. 購入する物を選んで、さらにサイズと着数を選び、ADD TO CART をクリックします。

5. 最後に支払いをしますが、初めての方は登録の必要がありますので PROCEED TO CHECKOUT をクリッ

クして左側の I'm A New Customerの下、CONTINUE をクリックして登録をしてください。支払いは

Paypalでも銀行振込でも行なえます。

Lands’ Endご注文方法：

1. www.landsend.com のサイトに行ってください。

2. 初回の注文にはお子様のアカウントを作成する必要があります。一度アカウントを作成するとその後は

登録した学年の制服を自動的に表示しますので、ご兄弟・姉妹がいる場合にはそれぞれのお子様のアカウン

トを作成することをお勧めします。

3. アカウントを作成するには、まず「UNIFORMS」の上にカーソルを乗せ、リストが現れたら左上から 2

番目にある「FIND YOUR SCHOOL」をクリックします。

4. 次に画面一番下にある「OR FIND MY SCHOOL USING MY PREFERRED SCHOOL NUMBER」をクリ

ックします。

5. School Numberの横のボックスに当校の番号、900160342 を入力し、「FIND MY SCHOOL」をクリックします。

6. 画面右側に Aoba-Japan International Schoolが表示されたのを確認したら、画面左側の「First Name」

「Grade」「Gender」の欄にそれぞれを入力し、「SAVE SCHOOL」をクリックします。

7. すると SIGN INページに移動します。一番下の「Create one」をクリックして下さい。

8. 「Create an Account」ページに移動しますので「First Name（下の名前）」、「Email Address（メール

アドレス）、「Password（パスワード）」を入力します。パスワードはアルファベットと最低でも数字 1字

を入れた 8～20字で作成してください。最後に「CREATE ACCOUNT」をクリックします。

9. 既にアカウントを持っている場合には上記 4番の画面で「Sign In」をクリックして登録しているメール

アドレスとパスワードを入力してサインインします。

10. サイトに入るとお子様のアカウントが表示されます。「SHOP THIS SCHOOL」をクリックするとお子

様の学年性別にあった制服を表示します。

11. 引き続きご兄弟・姉妹の登録をするには「ADD STUDENT」をクリックします。名前、性別、学年など

の必要な情報を入力するとアカウントが作成されます。

12. スクールロゴが必要な制服は、自動的にロゴが注文されます。

13. 必要な制服を注文したら、他のオンライン注文の場合と同じく、サインアウトして終了してくださ

い。

14. ご質問はランズエンドのコールセンターか、もしくは学校までお問い合わせ下さい。制服のサンプル

は学校にありますので、ご覧になりたい方はお電話でご予約ください。
