Lesson Introduction/Guided practice

The lesson is introduced by the teacher by using a power point explaining what antonyms are. It has examples of sentences with antonyms and the teacher helps the students identify the 2 antonyms in the sentence. Then, there is a section where the students can go up to the smart board and circle the antonyms in a sentence. The teacher guides them by explaining why or why not they chose the correct answers.
