ANSUL Alliance Review

RewardsYour business starts earning perfor-mance points with the first $100 pur-chase of ANSUL product. Once you reach $150,000 in ANSUL product purchases during the calendar year, you can start redeeming points right away. It’s our way of helping you grow your business now, not later.

RecognitionThe ANSUL Alliance Rewards Program recognizes top-producing distribu-tors through our Diamond Recogni-tion Program. As a top-producing dis-tributor, you will earn bonus rewards for every Diamond level you achieve. Plus, you’ll receive recognition status as one of our premium distributors.

• To qualify for the ANSUL Alliance Rewards Program, a company must hold a current, signed Distributor Agreement and retain credit in good standing.

• All sales results and points will be posted monthly based on product orders shipped.

• Products purchased must be included on your Distributor Agreement.

• Annual Diamond recognition awards will be based on total calendar year purchases.

• Twenty points will be awarded for each $100 of qualifying product purchases. Bonus point programs and promotions will be offered at Tyco’s discretion.

• Points earned within the current calendar year can be redeemed until March 31st of the subsequent calendar year as long as your Distributor Agreement is still in force.

• Earned points will be redeemable only after the distributor reaches $150,000 in ANSUL product purchases within the calendar year.

• Points are non-transferable and have no cash value. Points can only be redeemed in accordance with the ANSUL Alliance Rewards Program rules.

• Participating distributors are responsible for the appointment and maintenance of their user accounts, and for the redemption of rewards by those users.

• All currency is in U.S. dollars.

Bonus Point OpportunitiesAuthorized ANSUL SENTRY distributors can earn additional bonus points with your purchase of SENTRY High-Flow Portable Extinguishers during the months of November and December.

Earn Points When You ParticipateAlways check your dashboard for other bonus point opportunities through promotions, quizzes, surveys and sales milestones.

Check Your MetersCalendar Year 2014 is drawing to a close as are your opportunities to earn points and recognition in the ANSUL Alliance Rewards Program.

Check your dashboard meters for current sales levels to be sure you are not missing any opportunities to earn and redeem points and reach Diamond Distributor milestones.

Points to PonderIf you reach the $150,000 purchase level within calendar year 2014, your points will expire on March 31, 2015. Service and credit vouchers expire one year from the date of issue.

If you do not reach the $150,000 purchase level by the end of the 2014 calendar year, your points will expire after December 31, 2014.

In the new year, look for changes to your dashboard that indicate point status for 2014 and 2015.

Frequently Asked QuestionsWe have been busy fielding many great questions and want to share this information for the benefit of all participants.

Q. How is the ANSUL Alliance Rewards Program different from the Diamond Alliance Partners Program?

A. The ANSUL Alliance Rewards Program is an update of the Diamond Alliance Partners Program. The rewards portion of the original Diamond Alliance Partners Program has been re-created as part of the new ANSUL Alliance Rewards Program. The Diamond recognition portion of the program has been retained. The ANSUL Alliance Program is based on ANSUL product purchased within the calendar year (previously based on our fiscal year).

Q. What is the benefit of the change?

A. The ANSUL Alliance Rewards Program benefits our distributors in two ways. First, even if you have not attained Diamond status, you can earn Performance Points to redeem for training, support and promotions that will help you grow your business. Second, as before, the Diamond Distributor Recognition Program honors top-producing distributors. You still receive the same great rewards you enjoyed with the Diamond Alliance Partner Program but with the added benefit of redeeming rewards as you earn points.

Q. Do only Diamond Distributors receive rewards?

A. No. You can start earning points with your first $100 purchase of ANSUL product. Once you reach $150,000 in ANSUL product purchases within a given calendar year, you can redeem the points you have earned. You also can earn bonus points for each Diamond–level status that you reach.

Q. How do I earn rewards points?

A. There are three ways to earn points.

1. Purchase ANSUL products. For every $100 of ANSUL product purchased, you earn 20 points.

2. Participate in designated program activities. Activities include online quizzes or surveys through the rewards program and designated product-related bonus opportunities.

3. Reach Diamond-level status and earn bonus points.

Q. Why is it important to register for the program?

A. There are two very important reasons to register.

1. Registration activates your online account allowing you to view your status and redeem valuable rewards.

2. Only registered participants are eligible to be recognized as Diamond Distributors and receive their elite benefits.

Q. What are the benefits of achieving Diamond Distributor status?A. The Diamond status is a special recognition reserved for our top-producing distributors. Diamond Distributors will

receive:

• Diamond award and wall plaque

• Bonus points for each Diamond level achieved

• Recognition and premium position on the ANSUL.com website: “Find A Distributor”

• Link from ANSUL.com to your web site.

• Personalized press release announcing Diamond-level status.

• Recognition at annual NAFED conferences and FireWatch Magazine.

Q. How do I get started?

A. Refer to your “Welcome E-mail.” It will provide your registration information to access the ANSUL Alliance Rewards Program website.

Q. What should I do if I cannot find my Welcome Email?

A. Visit www.ansulalliance.com and click on “let us send you another one.”

Q. What if I do not receive a Welcome Email after requesting “let us send you another one?”

A. Your email address may not be on file with the ANSUL Alliance Rewards program. Contact ANSUL Alliance Support at [email protected].

Q. How can I make changes to my profile information?

A. Your profile information can be updated by clicking on the Account / Your Profile. The Principal profile company information (Company Name, Address, City, State/Province, Zip, Country) is linked to the authorized ANSUL Distributor agreement information on file with Tyco and cannot be changed with the exception of the First and Last Name, E-mail and Phone Number. If your company information is not correct, contact your Territory Sales Manager.

Q. Who can I contact if I have questions about promotional merchandise?

A. Contact ANSUL Alliance Support at [email protected].

Q. Can my profile be associated with more than one company location?

A. Yes. You will need to complete the registration process for each location. You can assign the same password for all of your locations. To select your location when logging in, enter your User ID (email address) and press Enter; a drop down menu will appear in the User ID field from which you can select a location.

Q. Who is eligible to shop from the online catalog and redeem points?

A. All team members are able to view the catalog, but currently only Principals can redeem points earned.

Q. Will my points expire?

A. Redeemable points from the current calendar year can be spent through March 31st of the subsequent year.

Q. What happens to my points if I haven’t reached the required $150,000 in sales before the end of the calendar year?

A. Non-redeemable points will expire at the end of the current calendar year.

Q. Can I redeem the points from last year with the points from this year prior to March 31st?

A. Yes, provided the points are redeemable, meaning you have met the minimum $150,000 sales requirement in both years.

Q. Who can invite new team members to participate in the program?

A. Currently only Principals can invite new members.

Q. How can I be sure that only authorized individuals have access to our site?

A. A list of Team Members is displayed on the “Team” page and indicates a locked or unlocked status.

Q. What happens if a Team Member is no longer with our organization?

A. Principals can deny access to Team Members. From the “Team” page, click on “lock user” to change the status of a Team Member.

Keep in mind that invited participants have access to your site until they are locked regardless of whether they are registered or unregistered. Therefore it is important that you frequently visit the Team Member page for each company location to ensure your participant list is kept current.

Q. What if I have questions about transactions posted to my account?

A. Contact your ANSUL Territory Sales Representative.

Q. Do my vouchers expire?

A. Yes. Vouchers expire one year from the date issued. The expiration date is noted on all vouchers.

Q. I ordered the wrong voucher, how can I have my points reimbursed?

A. Be sure to carefully review all voucher qualifications before submitting your order. Points cannot be refunded for vouchers that do not meet the qualifications.

Q. Who can view sales information on our site?

A. Currently only the Principal can view monthly sales transactions. However, Branch Managers and Employees can view total YTD sales and points earned from the dashboard or landing site page.
