INTRODUCING C2 OPPORTUNITY SGO
C2 Opportunity Scholarship Granting Organization has been created in partnership with Catholic Charities of the Birmingham Diocese to help bring Catholic educational opportunities for low-income families in our diocese. C2 Opportunity Scholarships is a Scholarship Granting Organization (SGO) funded by the donations of corporate and individual Alabama income tax liability in compliance with the Alabama Accountability Act.
WE NEED YOUR HELP by redirecting up to $50,000 of your or your organization’s tax liability to C2 Opportunity SGO to provide scholarships for Catholic education in our diocese including St. Ann School.
PLEASE NOTE: Our relationship with Scholarships for Kids SGO will continue for currently funded scholarships. It is the diocese’s hope that new scholarships will be funded through C2 Opportunity SGO.
If you would like to support C2 Opportunity Scholarships by redirecting your or your organization’s tax liability,
please visit http://csquaredscholarships.org.
Publix Partners scan cards are no longer accepted at the store. Publix is switched to a system that requires you to enter your phone number at checkout, which is linked to an account you have created online, where you will have selected St. Ann School as your partner school. Here’s how to make the change: 1. Go to www.publix.com 2. On the top left side of the screen, click “Sign Up”. 3. Enter your name, zip code, phone number, email
address and create a password. 4. Check your email account for an email from Publix
verifying this is the email address you want to use. Click the link in the email and it will take you to their website.
5. You will now enter your password and click “Log In”.
6. Under the heading “My Account” is a tab called “My Settings.” Click this tab and in the middle column towards the bottom is a box called “My Publix Partner.” Click the words “Select a School”, enter zip code 35603 and then highlight Saint Ann School – Decatur, AL, and click it.
7. Click the “SELECT” button that appears after you have chosen Saint Ann School.
8. LAST THING!! Be sure to enter the phone number you gave Publix when you created your account on the keypad when you check out at Publix. Type your number in before you give them your payment. To date, Publix has given St. Ann School over $16,000. THANK YOU for supporting St. Ann School!!!!!
If anyone is worried about getting too much junk mail, there is a box you can unselect to get off their email list and you don’t have to provide your physical address which would eliminate snail mail.
