Introduction It has been quite a momentous year, having completed our first year in The Chris O’Brien Lifehouse. We are delighted with the new premises, with our new approach to care and have received nothing but compliments from our patients. Our Group currently comprises 4 surgeons, Prof Jonathan Carter, Clin A/Prof Selvan Path, Clin A/Prof Sam Saidi and Clin A/Prof Trevor Tejada-Berges. Our senior nurses include Shannon Philp our Nurse Practitioner and Jayne Manalang our

Clinical Nurse Consultant. Our clinical Fellows are Dr Unine Herbst and Dr Tony Richards. Dr Stephen Cotterell is our Data Manager and Database programmer and Christine Young remains our ever faithful Patient Navigator. Our newest team member is Gel Bolanos our registered nurse in Clinical Trials. Our extended Multidisciplinary Team include Dr Lyndal Anderson (Pathology), Dr Wendy Brown, Dr Sam McCormack and Dr YuXuan Kitzing (Radiology), A/Prof Philip Beale and Dr Michelle Harrison (Medical Oncology), A/Prof Chris Milross, Clin Assoc Prof Kerwyn Foo, Dr Joanne Toohey (Radiation Oncology), Camron Ebzeny and Annabelle Ng (Genetics). Overall we continue to excel, not only in patient care, but in teaching, education, research and administration. We have been able to maintain and improve upon our standards and achievements from previous years, with the expectation that this will continue into 2015 and beyond. My plans for the future include the development of a tertiary ovarian cancer surgical unit and to assist Lifehouse in developing a robotic surgical program.
