A Word From Our Founder As we look back over our first official year of being an instrument of hope and change within the adoption community, we can’t help but be amazed by the extent to which a small vision became a huge reality. In the early days, caffeine and conviction propelled us forward; hot on the pursuit of arriving at a place where transparency and efficiency would finally be realized within a process that for too long has been fragmented, divided, and overly complicated. We chased the notion that 3,700 abortions being performed each day within the United States is simply unnecessary when juxtaposed to the dismal number of adoption placements that take place within this same time frame and number of families wanting to parent. The ‘how’ became easy as we made phone calls, presented our message at conferences, and spoke with government leaders. We are proud of the online community that has arisen from obscurity and look forward with confidence as the solution we have injected into the adoption community continues to take root and reap a harvest all may benefit from. We hope you enjoy our annual report as you learn all that has been accomplished in our first year!
