First Energy Bank honors its Employees who completed 10 years of dedicated Service, in the Annual Ramadan Ghabga First Energy Bank (FEB), in its annual Ramadan Ghabga, honored its employees who completed 10 years of dedicated service to the Bank. The honoring ceremony was held at Four Season Hotel. The ceremony was led by Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Mohamed Ghanem in presence of Bank’s Executive Management and Employees. At the event, Mr. Mohamed Ghanem thanked the employees for their notable contributions to Bank’s development and their loyalty to the organization. He emphasized on FEB’s strategy to build the Bank’s human capabilities and invest in training them in order to retain talented individuals. Stemming from its belief that the human capital is the most important asset of any organization, Mr. Ghanem said: “The human capital of the Bank plays a crucial role in maintaining the Bank’s performance and enhancing its investments and services”. He added that the Bank will continue to invest in its employee’s capabilities through specialized training programs. FEB’s Ramadan Ghabga, which is held on an annual basis, is part of Bank’s approach to strengthen the bond of Ramadan amongst all the employees of the Bank.
