• New IIBA Certifications planned for September 2016
• Level 1 - Entry level, exam only (no experience
component)
• Level 2 - 2 to 3 years experience plus exam, CCBA
equivalent
• Level 3 - 5+ years experience plus exam, CBAP
equivalent
• Level 4 - 15,000+ hours, assessment-based
• Exams transitioning to BABOK v3 mid-year 2016

VP MEMBERSHIP
• Active members: 112, increase by about 4% from 2014.
(The goal was to increase membership by 20%.)
• Maintained current chapter membership records
• Provided the Board with monthly stats
• Responded to inquiries promptly
• Reminded members with expiring membership to renew,
as well as reminder letters
• Registered event attendees and verified membership
• Asked non-members to join at chapter events

VP MARKETING
• Managed marketing posters and brochures
• Worked with the board to create policies for student
involvement in chapter activities and job postings on
chapter website
• Assisted in representing IIBA Vancouver chapter at
BAWorld Conference 2015
• Managed and administered LinkedIn group memberships -
Increased group membership from 335 to 380 in one year
• Created and managed new Twitter account strategy for
the chapter
• Number of followers on Twitter - 752015 AGM
VP COMMUNICATIONS
• Continued the Chapter communications tasks from the
existing frameworks and foundation developed last year:
• Eventbrite - event management and analytics for events
• Ongoing use of Google applications (drive, calendar)
• Creation of Web improvement strategy - integration with
Social Media strategy (Twitter, LinkedIn)
• Ongoing Adherence to Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation.
• Migration to new website that will go-live soon
• Migrating from Kentico to an Open Source Platform -

VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR
Primary engagements this term:
• Improving volunteer contact list and capturing volunteer interests
• Creation of volunteer call-out notice
• Designing 10th Anniversary Chapter logo
• Compiling Chapter history gathered and creation of presentation
to celebrate 10th Anniversary
Goals for upcoming term:
• Developing volunteer management materials and program
• Creating volunteer incentive program
• Identifying and creating more volunteer areas in order to match
volunteers

• Documenting meeting agendas and minutes.
